It helped my dad's energy level with him being 70 yrs old. I do weight train myself but I want to get all of my gains from my will power and emotions. He had to stop taking it for about a week due to medication change and his energy level went down. But as soon as he started taking it again his energy level went back up. A priceless gift is a son being able to help his father. My dad doesn't go to the gym at all. I would only take this supplement if my doctor told me to for my a1c level. Otherwise not for me personally.

I feel great and definitely notice it. I started at the recommended dose 3 times daily and increased as desired. Lot's of people are haters of the stuff. My experience has been positive. Tastes awful though.

I can't comment on the effectiveness yet as I just started taking this. For the majority of the reviews that comment on the NASTY taste - there is a simple solution:I discovered this a few weeks ago but it's a simple and inexpensive product called an Oblate Disk. I think I paid $11.00 for 200 disks. They are basically a rice paper-like delivery system. You place your powder in the center and fold it up, dip it in water, and then down the hatch and chase it with a few gulps of water! It's super quick and Zero taste and you can put in whatever dose you want. I combine this with another powder and it goes right down. I use to mix it in my coffee but it was still very bitter and not pleasant. I've been happy with anything I've ordered from BULKSUPP as there are no fillers and the price can't be beaten. I use Kratom once or twice a week and ordering the powder is so much cheaper than capsules but it also tastes really bad. This is a supp for those serious about gaining muscle without the use of illegal drugs. It does not have a nice flavor, but the daily dose is so small that this is easy to cope with. It has an interesting and unexpected side-effect. It increases libido, noticeably. This is a good value in a little-known but powerful supplement.

The taste is so bitter and nasty and there’s nothing I have found that will mask it. I’ve gotten to the point where I just dry scoop it into my mouth and swallow with a gulp of water to get it over with.After about a month using this product about twice daily and with my weekday lifting, I haven’t noticed any changes in strength or energy.The value for this disgusting dried sewage is fantastic! It says about 1000 servings! I don’t know if I’ll make it through the whole bag since it tastes like what I imagine dehydrated baby poop in powder form tastes like.

Good supplement to add to shakes

I've only been using it for 15 days, and do not notice any change in muscle mass or stamina yet. The taste is horrible, but, if I down it quickly and then drink something that tastes good, it is tolerable.
