I've been using various chiropractic pillows for over 10 years. This one is very substantial and firm, which I love. It also has a lower side and a higher side, which I think is helpful to a lot of people. I can side-sleep with it on the sides/edges and it completely supports my neck so that I don't hurt my shoulders. I can also back-sleep on it because there's a nice cut out in the center. Great execution on a sound design.

I tried Core's foam pillow as in need of replacement for my now 10 year-old TriCore fiber filled pillow and have been looking for one with a wider side-sleeping area than my current pillow.PROS: Like my other Core brand pillows, the Quality of materials including zippers are top notch, foam has zero smell, it has 4 various layouts which offer you multiple widths & heights in the neck support for back sleeping; it's a very supportive firm pillow and is heavier than their fiber filled pillows. It arrives ready to use. CONS: I found this pillow tool large for me (I'm 5'4", medium frame) as well as bit too firm (firmer than Zamat's foam pillow for reference) which was disappointing as it is a very well-made pillow and does have a good-sized side sleep area. But you might love it.

Love this pillow for neck pain. This is the 2nd one I have bought.

I really wanted to like this pillow but I normally use petite pillows and I tried all the different orientations of the pillow, which are designed for different heights and none of them worked for my neck. The pillow is fairly firm which if you like that is not a problem but it was definitely more firm than I would have liked. It wouldn't have been a problem if the pillow was the right height for my neck but because it wasn't and so the firmness was even more of an issue. However, the pillow was well made so if you want a thick sturdy pillow this is probably the pillow for you. Similar to the other TriCore pillows but much more support. The well of the head didn't go quite as deep as I would have expected due to the fabric in the middle however.

This brand had great reviews and was recommended by my chiro but honestly I couldnt get into it.I bought this along with 4 other Cervical pillows and tried each one for a few nights.Just because this wasn't right for me doesn't mean you won't like it.I rated 2 stars just because the overall build quality on is great and the design has promise. I particularly liked the flat platforms on the sides for when you roll into your side.What didn't work for me was that despite the 4 different sizes you can get by rotating and flipping the pillow, none of them worked for me. The smallest size was too small and all 3 other sizes made me feel like my neck was bent forward. Ymmv but I'm 5'7" 150 Lbs so I usually don't have a problem fitting into small or medium in most things. I may try this pillow again in the future when I switch to a stiffer mattress.

Supports your neck just right. Bye bye neck and back pain when I wake up.

I’ve had neck issues for many years. Used many different kinds of special pillows. This is the very best. Best nights 😴 in ages. I almost didn’t get it bc of the price, then I thought 💭 if it saves me 2 trips to the chiropractor, I’ve saved money. Good decision!
