Pretty good except for one caveat
These terminal posts are okay, and perhaps a little better than that, considering the price. The quality of the build seems good. However, I have a concern about the design. Precautions should be made if using these in a conductive chassis. There is no insulation around the post in the area where the terminal lug crosses the chassis. The plastic pieces that contact the chassis have very thin raised circular lips meant to seat in a 7/16" mounting hole (on both sides of the chassis), but no plastic insulation around the 3/16" post where it crosses through. If the nuts were to become loose, it would be possible for the terminal to shift within the hole and make electrical contact to the chassis. At minimum, I will be wrapping a little electrical tape around the posts where they cross, and possibly use a rubber washer or grommet so there is less danger of the terminal assembly shifting within the hole. As long as the mounting nuts remain tight, keeping the lips seated in the mounting holes, the posts will remain centered in the hole. However, users should be aware of this possible safety concern should the nuts become loose.

Secure and well-built wiring solution for hobbyists working with banana plugs
I am creating an "electric board" for my son--a DIY hobby board that he can use to create circuits. As a result, I needed a simple way for him to plug in cords and create circuits. After considering alligator clips and small springs (like on the old Radio Shack 150-in-1 kits) I settled on banana plugs. They are easy to grip in little hands, and can be plugged in and unplugged multiple times without being broken. These posts are well-built, and can be tightened down with multiple screws and locking washers for a secure fit. I am attaching them to a thin wooden board, with the receptacles on top, and the posts at the bottom. Th connect wires to the bottom posts I am using "Gardner Bender 10-106 Terminal Ring, 12-10 AWG, Stud Sz 8-10, Yellow (50 pk)"These Vktech 10PCS Terminal Binding Posts work great as the recepters for the banana plugs. And for the cords, I am using the following clips also ordered from Amazon.com, "Pro-Wire IW-16PLUG Solderless Crimp-On Banana Plugs, Set of 16"These plugs, terminal posts, and binding posts work perfectly together.

Nice binding posts
Nice binding posts. The body of the dual binding post uses very thin "shoulders" to center the post in the mounting hole. If the case is metal, then care should be used to avoid the post from getting off-center and shorting one of the metal threaded studs against the case. I disassembled the binding posts and used shrink tubing to cover the threaded studs to help avoid the chance of a short.

Good for my DIY multi-zone amp project.
Purchased for a whole home audio project using multiple Chromecast Audios, and TDA 7297 amplifiers in a custom chassis located in the mechanical room of my house. They are sturdy, and make this look like a, "finished" product. I'm glad I found these, rather than cannibalizing a thrift store receiver.

These are nice but no insulation on the posts
These are nice, feel solid and the moving part are fluid. There are 2 lock washer and 3 regular washers on each post (I dropped a couple in my photos). The problem I have is that there is NO INSULATION covering the posts once these are put together. This makes them not friendly or safe to mount in metal (without some mods on your part). I've read some people saying too just drill over sized mounting holes(letting the posts "float" in the middle of the hole) but this is very bad advice and not safe. I like these jacks but only for non conductive mounting surfaces.

Satisfied Customer
I have purchased several of these Banana Plug / Binding posts. They allow binding with Fork Terminals and have a through hole for bare wires to pass through and clamp. Of course they work as intended with individual Banana Plugs and the Dual Banana modules.Just be sure to drill the mounting hole big enough for the built in rubber grommets to seat without shorting to metal. To be sure, use an Ohm Meter to test for shorts to ground just prior to final tightening.

If you need parts for your amplifier, great place to deal with!
Needed replacement posts for an amplifier that a client had damaged. Looked all over Colorado Springs and could not come up with matching posts. These fit the bill almost exactly! The only difference was the red color was a few shades different, but the posts were just a heavy duty and well constructed. On top of that, I paid less than $11.00 for 10 pairs and I had spent $15.00 for 2 pairs at each of the locations in Colorado Springs that I found close, but not nearly as good of, binding posts. Great deal, great seller, Highly recommended!

Fine for very short banana plugs but will not work well with full length banana plugs such as the Seawell brand and others here
Be aware these appear to be nicely made for the price but they will not accept normal sized banana plugs like the Seawell branded ones here. This will result in maybe 1/4" or so of exposed banana plug and could cause a short. I would consider these about 3/4 sized banana plug jacks would be great for small length banana plugs but risky to use for full length banana plugs. Had to return them since I don't want to short out equipment or put a spacer on each banana plug. This should be stated in the product information.
