Outstanding!!
I purchased this memorial frame for a friend whose dog passed away quite unexpectedly. After reading the reviews, I knew that the frame was going to be plastic and cardboard/paper, but I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway because overall the reviews were positive - and I am SO glad I did. I am absolutely AMAZED at how well the picture of the dog turned out!! It actually looks like a VERY professional water color painting of the photo (By the way, I have 5 Chihuahua's and have actually had professional water color paintings done on all of them by a very reputable and talented artist, and I could not tell the difference between them!) Really, for those of you on the fence, please send them the photo of the pet (versus putting your own picture in), and I promise you, you will not be disappointed - I was blown away!! The costumer service and communication is also outstanding!!!

Nice product
I lost my beloved dog the end of June and I wanted something that would describe how I felt about him. I have not yet found the picture I want to put in the frame, but I'm sure I'll find the right one soon.

Bought this for myself after putting my dog down, and it arrived very quickly and looks great. My only complaint is that the writing on the front when the poem is closed its very hard to see, but I bought it for the poem on the inside not the saying on front so I really don't mind.
