Nice way to be key free
Really nice quality manufacturing. Nice appearance, chrome finish looks to be quality and substantial. Mechanically these function very well and smoothly. I'm using them on a storage compartment door of my RV trailer. UPDATE: I've been using a couple of these for a few weeks now and I really like them. The action on the number Wheels is very smooth and positive. The turning mechanism for the entire lock to latch an unlatch is also easy to grab and manipulate. I love the keyless nature of this lock. It is very convenient.

Exactly what I needed but hard to read
These are great and seem pretty solid. They do the job for replacing the keyed locks I had that I found annoying to need a key just to latch them. And I could not find one that locked independently of the latch, so I got these. My only problem is that the numbers are very small and hard to read so you have to have a good light and good eyes. But once I unlock them I just leave them set and open/close as needed.

good lock
These are easy to install. Very sturdy and made well. The numbers are very small so are difficult to read. They did the job on the RV storage compartment.

These locks seem to be of good quality
These locks are solid and operate nicely. I had to exchange the blade for my original to work correctly on my camper storage door. I also had to trim a sliver of the edge trim of the door, because the base of the lock is slightly larger than the original lock. I used my dremel tool with a small cut-off wheel, which worked fine. I think the black finish is easier to see than the all chrome finish. It is a little more cumbersome than using a key, but it's all about not having to carry a key around in your pocket.

What else could go wrong?
Threads are too short. So even though it is the correct length for the application and matches the original keyed item, the short threads don’t allow installation of the original washer on the backside. This leaves a loose fit and the lock wobbles. Also when I changed the combination, I could not get the pin to return all the way so I was unable to turn the combination numbers anymore.Took them back out and returned them.

Easy to install after a bit of studying...
These were easy to install - after a bit of studying because there are NO instructions other than how to reset the combination. Make sure when you put the two parts together that you have the reset hole in the insert lined up with the reset hole in the housing... otherwise you won't be able to set your own combination. You have to use a paperclip or such to push in whilst dialing your own code. Unfortunately for us... the trim on our storage doors was just a bit too close to the holes where the locks are installed and no amount of finagling would arrive at a usable solution. We were really disappointed as we were hoping for keyless, secure storage AND these seemed to be well made.

Nice keyless option for travel trailer cargo hold doors.
Replaced all the camlocks on my camper with these. (3/4" version) Now everyone in the family can get things out of the cargo hold, use the outdoor shower, and access the outdoor kitchen fridge without having to grab the keys all the time. Plus, my original camlocks used the old CH751 keys that almost all other campers have so I wasn't a fan of knowing pretty much everyone at the campground probably had keys to my cargo holds. If you're not sure what I'm talking about take a look at your key for your camper's cargo hold and see if it is stamped CH751. If so your locks are basically just useful for keeping the doors latched going down the highway not for keeping people out. You will need plenty of light to see the numbers on the locks but that's to be expected. The only way to change that would probably be by making the numbers (and the lock) overly large. They do also seem to be better quality locks than my original ones.

All in all a pretty good product.
Installation is easy. The quality of the lock is the average to above average. I would’ve given it five stars, except the combo mechanism is loose and somewhat a poor quality. With that said, I will still purchase some more. It is nice not to have to get back into the trailer and grab the keys To unlock any cabinets out side of the trailer.

Excellent locks
These are very nice locks. Installed them on my camper. The locks are a little big, but with a shim they are snug tight when locked. Glad I purchased them and not have to worry about keys.

Solid little cabinet locks that work nearly perfectly
Installed in a 3/4 inch thick wood door. Work well but find the lock is very sensitive, if the number on the wheel is off center even a bit the lock won't open. Have to be very particular about the digital wheel position! Otherwise, they work perfectly!
