Coarse sharpening , suitable for dull knives: Place the knife on the sharpening slot, using a slight downward pressure, run the blade from heel to its point through the slot. Do not push and pull your knife back and forth. Repeat 3-5 times. Sharpen the tools once a month, or as required. Step 2. Fine honing: This is necessary step to eliminate the burns on the knife and polish it.
