Colony Builder is a stable diet for your Dubia Colony. While others sell "High Protein" Gimmicks that can harm the long term health of your colony, we provide roach food that is perfect for their base diet and provides stable long term health. A Note on Protein: Roaches have evolved to thrive in low protein environments. When given high protein diets, roaches store it as uric acid. Roach colonies with prolonged exposure to high protein foods can experience shorter life expectancy. Further more, there have been claims that feeding roaches high in uric acid to reptiles can cause Gout (a type of arthritis). The whole world is head over heals with high protein drinks, meal bars, and other supplements for your health. Now they are trying to sell it to your reptiles. Don't fall for it. Get the balanced diet. A Healthy Reptile Starts With A Healthy Colony! This formula has been successfully used for colonies supporting 500+ breeding adults as well as their offspring. We are the only manufacture / distributer of Colony Builder.

Dubia chow
We started a dubia colony a couple of years ago, mostly to feed our bearded dragon. Every time my husband adds some of this food to the bin, the roaches SWARM over the dish. They don't even wait for him to put the cover back on. It's rather disgusting to watch., but clearly they like it and colony is thriving.

Okay, but not my dubias' favorite
This diet was okay for my dubias but they seem to like the Fluker's cricket food a lot better (it would get cleared out before this stuff would) and Fluker's is a lot cheaper.

The dubias seem to like it
Good size. Nice resealable container. The dubia's seem to like it.

A little pricey, but my orange heads and dubias ...
A little pricey, but my orange heads and dubias are thriving on it. Or they are until they meet my tarantulas, anyway. :D
