Didn't do anything for me.
This supplement has a couple of contras and little to no pros at all. First, it doesn't mix at all, I find myself coughing most of the time when drinking it. It tastes horribly, and gives me no better recovery than drinking water during the workout. Not recommended. Waste of money.

Wouldn't buy again
This product doesn't mix AT ALL in a glass with a spoon, and it doesn't mix that well with a shaker bottle either. Very clumpy and leaves a heavy film on the container showing that it doesn't mix well in general. Even though it was only $10 I would avoid this product!
