Luv the mug
Took a while to arrive, but worth the wait. Very elegant looking. Sturdy, heavy, and perfect for my coffee drinker. Personalized area was elegant and perfect. Will be returning there to get more as gifts. Lid is tight, so no spills. Bottom is weighted and slid proof so less turn overs.Perfect!!!

Design washed away!
I bought this for a gift for my mother and she loved it. Sadly, the design washed away after a few uses. Now it is just a plain cup. :-( **My parents do NOT own a dishwasher, so this item was hand washed only!**

Cute, but lettering doesn’t last
Really enjoyed this, and got it as a gag gift. The cup works fine, but the lettering came off within a month or so. Still a decent cup.

Letters Off 100% Within 2 Weeks
This was purchased as a gift. The order took about 21 days to arrive, which is very fast for a custom mug. The mug itself was basic compared for the price paid.The mug came in the wrong colour, was supposed to be pink, instead of green.The letters started chipping & slipping off after the first wash. After the first week, 90% of the letters and cursive emblem were gone. After a week and a half, she now has a plain green cup.

Absolutely The Best
Beautifully inscribed for our group of friends celebrating the cancer cure of one of those friends!Any liquid stayed cold even in the sun and 103 degrees! Love these

Good quality tumblers
I purchased two different tumblers each a different color and white lettering for gifts. They were delivered fairly quickly after ordering and I really like them. They appear to be very good quality and I’m sure they will be a fun gift!

Not worth the money
Pros: it does keep my water cold for about 6 hours as long as the cup is filled to the top with ice prior to putting in liquid. The customization says exactly what I wanted it to say.Cons: letters are very small, not like they are in the samples. They are also stickers. Started to peel already and I've only washed it, by hand, twice.For a couple more dollars you can get a cup that is engraved, and keeps liquid colder/hotter much longer from another company.
