Easy to setup and automate - works consistently
These plugged work great. I have them in each of my children’s rooms with an automation to turn on and off based on an Apple Calendar (when I have parenting time) to avoid things left on for days at a time, like their electric blanket. They work consistently and are easy to override in Apple Home or via the button on the plug. Easy does it.

Very nice addition to my small smart home network
A few years ago, "smart home" sounded like some expensive future luxury. Thank to the fast development of affordable/practical smart home modules & ecosystems (i.e. Homekit, etc) the "smart home" is easily accessible for everyone. Instead of having your home retrofitted with some whole home "smart house" system, it seems to come in small incremental steps (at least for me). It started with a smart thermostat, them smart cameras, then a Meross smart garage door module (awesome product by the way) ... all these have opened my mind to other areas for "Smart Home" automation. Recently I found myself crawling under my desk to unplug a set of studio monitor speakers which didn't have an off off switch - that got old quick so since I liked how my Meross Garage door opener was compatible with my Google home, I decided to buy the Meross MS110HK smart plugs because they were HomeKit compatible so I can use SIRI to control my plugs with a simple voice command. Th plugs were not yet on the market so I contacted Meross support and they were awesome as they kept my name on file and contacted me to let me know when they were ready for purchase (great customer support). I quickly found more uses for the smart plug so decided to buy the Meross Dual Smart Plug - works great and just adds more functionality to my already small smart home setup. I like that you can identify each plug separately. Love that these are Homekit compatible and also work with my Google home voice commands. When I go on vacation, it is simple to setup these plugs to turn on lights on a set schedule for security. So many uses, great integration with other smart home ecosystems and great support - what more could you want. Highly recommend. One note: at first the plugs were a bit hard to insert into the unit but if you worked them a bit, you could loosen the connection so plugs would fit smoothly.

Great smart plugs
They work great and haven’t lost connection at all. I can’t say that for other brands I have. Easy to use app and connect to Alexa and Siri with easy and they stay connected.

Great customer service
I've been a wemo smart plug user for a while now but I decided to try Meross plug last year. I purchased the 2-socket smart plug. I used it for my Christmas lights these year. It worked for several days. I noticed one day that one of my lights wasn't turning on. I tested it and found one of the sockets wasn't working. I emailed Amazon to ask what is the warranty for the plug. They informed me that they will relay the message to Meross and they will contact me via email.I wasn't expecting to hear from them but I got an email from Meross about my issue yesterday. They ask me what my issue was, order detail, and a video of the issue. I sent them what they asked yesterday. Today, I got an email from them stating that my replacement is one its way.I like their quick customer service response. It is hard to find that great of a customer service now a days . I will be trying some of their other products. They stand behind their products. I'm trying their outdoor smart plug and smart power strip also. Thanks Meross!

Perfect product!
Just ordered a second set of these: they rock! Super reliable way to quickly control 2 outlets in HomeKit. Really easy to install, and they. Just. Work! No fussing around with a separate app or anything.

Will not remain connected to the router in Apple Home, will not update in Meross app
I own other Meross Smart Plug Minis (MSS110) and they have been also had problems remaining connected, but not this bad. I thought two smart outlets in the same plug would be better than singles so I tried this Meross Smart Plug Dual (MSS120). I am very disappointed. It took many, many tries to get it added using the Meross app, during which I prompted to use the reset procedure just about every time. After it was added as a device in Apple Home I had to add it separately in the Meross app. It would not maintain a connection. Occasionally I could get it to turn on or off, but normally I’d get No Response. I tried a firmware update. It had an update available (via the Meross app), no success. I tried installing the update more than a few times, no success. It has never remained connected to the WiFi for more than a few hours and it is less than 8 feet from the router. Now I have the RED LIGHT OF DOOM! There is no electro-magnetic interference, just the lamp that is plugged into it and an Apple Mini nearby. I bought this in October, 2023, might be too late to return it. P.S. was just going to take a picture of it and has mysteriously reconnected and the RED LIGHT OF DOOM is green again, very frustrating, very unreliable.

Good gadget
If your router is 5Ghz it won’t connect, switch it to 2.5 and go through the setup steps and it should connect immediately.Good product

Work well with HomeKit.
I bought these to replace two single smart plugs at a couple wall outlets. They fit nicely and allow access to the other outlet. Good choice it you need 2 separate controlled plug at the same outlet.
