Messed up in packaging process
I really dig these little lights. I would have given a five star rating, because the lights themselves are five star products, but when I received them the head light's little cover for the charging port had been damaged during the packaging process. It is supposed to recces down into the micro usb port and protect the port from rain, but mine was all tweeked out because it got caught in a seam in the package. It basically doesn't do anything accept exist on the light and look stupid and out of place. I never reached out to complain about it, because I honestly just didn't feel like dealing with it, and the lights still work great. I do get a little worried when I'm riding in the rain though.Other than that the lights are really excellent. They are very compact. They are easy to attach to many different mounting points and they are fairly bright for small lights. They hold a charge for a pretty decent amount of time, and don't take long to charge up. The front light isn't really made for creating light for illumination, but rather for cars to see you, and hopefully not run you over. They both do a great job at that, and the front light is bright enough that it actually does provide a little illumination on dark roads.

Buying another set
Have used these for daily commuting for 2+ years. Excellent value for the price. I am visible to cars, the charge lasts for many hours, recharging is easy. Two minor cons. After 2 years of use, one of my brackets broke. I am buying another set. Second 'con': the front light, in addition to projecting in a forward direction, also projects upwards. That makes it at best distracting and at worst slightly blinding at night. I have had it in various configurations; attaching it upside-down to the handlebar stem solves the light-in-my-own-eyes problem.I could email bog for a replacement bracket, but it'll probably be worth having a 2nd set anyway.

seems good so far
I'm impressed so far. The lights are bright, and the 3 functions work; solid, pulsing, and rapid scattered pulsing. The lights have their own charge currently, so I haven't used the charging cables. The mounting is pretty easy, just using the o-ring. I'm not sure how stable that will be, and I haven't ridden around with them on, as of this review ( a little cold for me at 30F). Everything shown was packaged in a nice small box, with plenty of foam to keep the lights safe.I'll update if anything changes my opinion so far, otherwise I'm a happy girl.

I wouldn't consider buying any other light
I was looking for a good bike light for a while, especially after almost getting run over by a Honda Accord one evening. It's actually required in my state if you're riding 30 minutes after sundown. I wanted something:1. Bright but not too bright. I don't want to blind other people, I just want to be seen.2. With rechargeable lithium batteries.3. Not too bulky. It comes in a nicely designed box with two USB to micro USB cables included. The lights are a lot smaller than I thought they'd be. They're both under two inches long. They're barely even noticeable. Being mounted with elastic bands, someone could easily swipe your lights. I keep my bike indoors so it's not a problem for me. You could always take off your lights when you're in questionable areas.I keep the lights steady-on, I don't like the blinking modes. The lights came charged up and ready to go two weeks ago. I've used my lights three or four times and I'm wondering when I'll have to do my first recharge. I want to buy another set for my kid's BMX bike. We started cycling together on most days after dinner, which I hope to be a lifelong habit for him.I did a fair amount of googling and checking on eBay; I wouldn't consider buying any other light. For some reason Amazon won't let us ship disposable coin-type lithium batteries to Hawaii so that crossed a bunch of lights off my list. I paid full price for my lights and I'm glad to support a manufacturer that makes well designed products.

Great lights at a great price
Although these were a little smaller than I expected, they put out a great deal of light. I ride mostly in the mornings before sunrise, so I was wanting a cheap, rechargeable headlight. This one fit the bill, plus it came with a taillight as a bonus The headlight was easy to mount and is just as easy to remove without removing the base. The taillight can be fitted with the mount, but I just used the built on clip to put on my seat bag. These don't have varied lighting, just constant on, slow blinking, and strobe, all at the same brightness. I keep my taillight on strobe, and the headlight on constant on until the sun rises, then I put it on slow blinking. They recharge quickly, and seem to last several hours on a single charge (I have only had to charge them once since I received them). All in all, these are a great bargain and I would recommend. I DID NOT receive these free or at a discount...this is a full, honest review from a full paying customer!!

They are super easy to install
I got these not really expecting much because they were so cheap. They are super easy to install. I put the rear red light on my saddle bag by the little clip that's already on it. and I used the mounting deal that came with the lights to attach the front light to my handle bars. They are pretty bright and the fact that they are USB rechargeable is a major plus.I bike to work about 4 miles early in the morning before the sun comes up which takes me between 20 and 30 minutes and the lights fully charged lasted about two weeks before I started noticing they weren't as bright as usually and needed to be recharged. I will say that they've gotten wet in some light rain and still keep working. If they ever get stolen or broken off my bike I will definitely get another set. It's not like they break the bank or anything. For the price they were better than what I expected.
