I bought this for my trip to the Cayman Islands (part of a 7 day Caribbean cruise), and am I glad I got this! It has three zip locks that fold over each other and then sealed by a Velcro flap. It was great, HOWEVER...it does leave big bubbles that will make a bit of a challenge to operate the tablet. At times the impact from my finger and the screen was blocked and I had to (for some reason, it worked) lock my tablet (tapping POWER button) and unlock it. This would give me back tactile control. I had read elsewhere that was a known issue with this brand/model. This also allowed me to store my phone behind the tablet while it was connected to my phone WiFi hotspot! The 3$ bag I got at walmart for my phone was a foreseen waste of 3$. It barely fit my phone with the case on, and I didn't trust it to place the phone uncased inside it. It was just a pressed seal, but upon observation the Walmart bag had a small exposed gap in it just below the pressed seal. I'm grateful I just stuck with this for both devices.But it worked very well. Just Make Sure you get the RIGHT one..I almost bought the wrong bag for the wrong Tab model. The Tab S and Note 9 (says Samsung) cannot go into sea water. This bag allowed me to film under water and get it all wet, and not have a dead tablet and phone later. Especially since only my Note 9 is water resistant, not the Tab S. Okay, it was a good buy, and prevented me from buying an 180$ sport underwater camera for this cruise. YAY! But that camera looks pretty nice, though....

Be careful! The straps are not sturdy or durable! They do not stay on, they are some sort of clip on straps? Idk, never seen anything like it before and i wont buy anything with these kind of straps again. I had this on my shoulder one strap came undone causing the pouch to fall.....im thankful for having my tablet in an otterbox otherwise it'd been done for.

Doesn't leak. I only put one item in it at a time but if I wanted to, it's big enough to fit my Kindle and phone or Tablet and phone. I'm very happy with this purchase.
