Tested the mug on arrival yesterday, with a boiling water drink (no milk) with a couple of sips after 2hrs, the drink was perfect drinking temperature 5hrs from making it. Spot on, just what we were after, and gorgeous looking too. Make sure you get the lid on right for best leak-proof-ness, but as with anything of this kind, never rely on it being 100% foolproof. Nice mouthfeel to drink from, and the lid folds back nicely while you drink. Instructions included are shown in the pic: it was nice of them to translate the titles but now I'm in the dark about all those important points?! But that minor niggle aside, I'm delighted with it and ordering another 😊

It takes time, so being able to carry the mug without burning my hands is a bonus. The drink stays hot for ages, the cup doesn't slip and it's nicer to drink from than other cups I've used.However, although I received a paper slip, there was not a small manual or cleaning brush which was on the listing. It also says you can use the dishwasher but this appears to apply to the lid only?

Although this LOOKS appealing, with several colour options and 2 different sizes available, my advice is that if you want a leak-proof bottle DON’T BUY THIS ONE! Despite a screw lid (a large part of why I chose this over push on lidded vessels) it doesn’t form a proper seal, so THIS LEAKS. (By the time I discovered that it was too late to return as I had thrown away the packaging and hadn’t used it for several weeks after purchasing it due to Xmas hols followed by covid so as I wasn’t at work I didn’t need to use it.)

Made a hot drink to take to work one morning. As I was walking towards my usuals commute I heard a small exploding sound followed with hot liquid pouring down the side of my bag onto my right side (not nice on a freezing day). Hot tea all over myself, bag and important work diary and folders. Not a happy customer and not safe to use. Although I am not sure why it happened that day as it did not happened before. Oh well… will not buy again though.

I wanted a thermos just to have at home to keep my tea at a drinkable temperature for longer. It works for an hour or so but then the tea becomes colder and colder, so doesn't work as a thermos supposed to work...Yesterday it fell for the first time and leaked, so that's another negative. The colour is really nice though. :)

These cups are exactly what I wanted. Perfect size. Keeps drinks really hot. The only criticism is… beware when you put it in your bag. The flip top can get caught on something when in your bag and the lids flips open. I fortunately only had the 2 cups and a packet of biscuits. So no real harm done but canvas bag was soaked.

so another waste of money. doesn't really keep the fluid hot as claimed. I've had to put hot boiling water in to make it warm and then put my tea / coffee in so that it stays warm for at least 3hrs... if I don't do that, the fluid just goes cold. so really disappointed. had to put it in the recycling.

Love the colour options - looks lovely and vibrant.Nice size - not too big that it topples over in your car cup holder like most larger travel mugs do!!Really simple design which means it’s super easy to clean too.Love my little travel mug.
