This is the best remover of literally ALL pet stains and odors. It's like magic. I've sent friends and relatives who have dogs gifts of this because I love it so much.

If I could give this 10 stars I would, but only five are available. The first time I used this stuff I thought it was terrible because it did nothing and I realized I was using it incorrectly. My mom recommended it and when I told her I didn’t like it, she informed me I needed to let it soak. It really needs to be left on for at least 10 minutes to allow for the best results. I usually let it soak for 20 mins because I forget about it and it usually just dries up and there is nothing to wipe. It leaves no residue, which is my biggest frustration with other products. If you decide to mop after using it, it doesn’t start creating white streaks, which is another problem with other products. It leaves the most pleasant, fresh, clean smell once it does its job. It is odorless in the bottle. My house would smell terrible without this stuff. I foster dogs and they usually aren’t potty trained, so I’m always cleaning up messes. I would 200% recommend this stuff. Any negative reviews may not be using correctly because I myself hated it at first.

This product is far better than any other I've ever used. We have both cats and dogs. For urine, I recommend you do a little bit of blotting, then just spray this product on the spot until it's pretty wet and then JUST LEAVE IT. It will dry after a day or so, and there will be no stain or odor. It works for poop stains, too, but sometimes you have to give it one dose of the spray, wait for half a day or so, and then respray any areas that still seem to have a stain. If you're using other products and they don't work really well, spend the money and buy yourself a spray bottle of this stuff. If you're like me, you'll determine that it's more than worth the extra money.

I have been using eco 88 for about 10 years. I always use the one with the red label. I started using it when my dog Lily was a puppy. And I have recommended it to many people with no one being dissatisfied. the store that I purchased it from does not have it anymore. So I ordered it online and bought a gallon. The delivery was quick. This product is so easy to use and it is odor free. I followed Amazon reviews and purchased a different product. I was dissatisfied with it. I did not care for the smell and I did not feel like it was working. I cleaned up the urine, applied it let it sit for about an hour cleaned it up and re-applied. After cleaning it with the product a second time I still did not feel like it was clean so I used my eco 88. I could see it foaming and working. you do not have to wipe echo 88 up but I did and then I reapplied it and let it dry. I can run my hands over my dried tile and I cannot smell nor feel anything on the tile. That’s very important to me. my dog is diabetic and her urine is extremely smelly and sticky. Echo 88 is the best just don’t bother with anything else.

This stuff is no joke, it kills the scent while also not smelling. Still have stubborn cats who don't care but for the most part even though it's pretty spendy I have to say it works and worth it to get rid of the smell. (mostly used for Cat Urine and Poo)
