Great Product, No More Constipation!
I have tried Aloe Vera in the liquid form and it triggered my GERD. This product soothes the burning, but it also has kept me super regular - amazing side effect that I was not expecting. I do not notice a taste, so I'm not sure about other reviews - but I am a fan! I only take 1 pill per day; I will start taking 2 per day this week.

Well tolerated aloe vera
This is the only aloe Vera I can take without stomach upset. I use this on a maintenance basis for removing inflammation in my gut and it works very well. Much easier to take and to take than the liquid aloe Vera I have tried in the past.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The capsules must have been left in the heat or I have no idea what has happened, the color is wrong, yellow instead of amber and the gel is grainy which is not right. I ordered them as I couldn't get to my doctor and I wont do it again, waste of money!

but aloe is a great anti-inflammatory, and supposedly also can help with constipation ...
Did not really help me, but aloe is a great anti-inflammatory, and supposedly also can help with constipation and IBS. I have IBS and a variety of other autoimmune/inflammatory diseases, and was hoping this would help, but I do believe that every body is different, and what doesn't work for me, may work for you and vise-versa. The pills were small and fairly easy to swallow- but you had to take 3, three times a day. With all the other stuff I take, just wasn't worth it for me. If you can suck it up and drink the aloe Vera juice, that's prob your best bet! Good luck, and don't get discouraged if this doesn't work for you...there are tonssss of herbal supplements that can help with inflammation- just do your research!
