Physix Gear Sport Full Length Orthotic Insoles with Arch Support

I am a physiotherapist. I blew out my back while doing some Yoga stretching (yeah I know....). I have always recommended orthotics while educating my clients, but custom orthotics can be quite expensive and most people can't afford them. Most off the shelf orthotics tend to be too soft and somewhat useless. I have searched high and low and have always used Birkenstock insoles(about $45.00) and I would recommned these highly. However I came across these little beauties and bought them to take a chance with no expectation. I combined them with a new set of Nike running shoes (pulled out the insoles) and within 2 days my back pain was basically gone (just enough pain to get my wife to show at least some sympathy). Here's what I would recommend...if you have low back, hip, knee or ankle pain, spend the $20 bucks and get them. They are firm and comfortable and fit easily in a shoe. If they don't work for you (remeber no guarantee) you are only out a small amount but overall I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Horribles. Son muy rígidas y muy anchas, deforman cualquier zapatilla a las que se las pongas, y recortar puedes para hacerlas más cortas pero no más estrechas porque las rompes. Ha sido recibirlas y tirarlas a la basura. Acabo de tirar 10€ a la basura

These are like a 'walking miracle'cure. My husband had instant relief from chronic heel pain and has not uttered one groan since using these orthotic insoles. I would thoroughly recommend a pair or two if you are suffering with foot pain.

Son cómodas y alivian bastante la fascitis plantar, pero vamos, no hay plantilla mágica. El material es durito y se nota el soporte del arco plantar. De las que se venden por Amazon creo que son de las mejores relación calidad/precio.

Have 5 pairs now since I got the first one. I have tried a ton of orthotic insoles spending thousands even kickstarter ones and most of them are prety much useless for my wide and extremely flat feet and flares up my plantar fasciitis. My other option is to ditch orthotics and my knees will take the hit. Physix gear's orthotic basically solved that problem for me and now I can walk around for hours and hours virtually pain free - I have paired this with Hoka One Arahi 2E and a thin gel pad for my heel. I am now confident that my plantar fasciitis is starting to heal as the pain has greatly lessened and my knees are safe because of the arch support.
