The product is great just do a research before you apply. You’ll need the B3 cream from istraight and the neutralizer too. There are a few places that you can buy from. It was easy for me to do it. I just followed the istraight tutorial online. Not all of us can afford to spend hundreds of dollars to go to a professional now days. As a mom that works hard, I think Amazon should start selling these things again. There are a lot of us that like to do it at home. Specially these times of Covid.

Fried and damaged my hair and i had to cut 3 inches off of it for it to be "brushable" this was horrible since ive been growing my hair out. it was truly a horrible experience. i did contact the seller and they sent me some product for free. to help whatever is left of my hair. they also said they would refund me my money. im still waiting on that.
