The tension is good love the way each digit can be worked separately

I like the multiple strengths so can move up or down as needed as hand gets stronger! I do notice some 'clicking' sounds so not sure if very durable. I like the individual fingers so I can also work on each one to increase each ones strength and dexterity.

The product did not come with the plastic stand as described. I’m still giving 4 stars because the digiflex exercisers are great. I’m just a little disappointed the stand wasn’t included.

The plastic guidepost does not go in the hole immediately when compress. I can feel little resistance. A faulty design? I presumed.

リハビリ用に購入しました。指ごとに力に差がありすぎて、適正なリハビリをすることが億劫になり、長続きしませんでした。また一番弱いものですら、手にうまくフィットしないと使いにくいです。関節がうまく動かない場合は、ゴムボールやシリコンのボールが使いやすかったです。

I was told to purchase this by my physiotherapist. Within 3 weeks my hand strength increased from 9lb to 14lb. It's easy to use and comes with a set of exercises which are far more in depth than the physio gives you. A great item and you can purchase the next weight up once you're stronger.

Great exerciser.

This was used by my husband who has a broken finger on his right hand but now need a stronger one.
