I RARELY write reviews, but this MacBook Pro bezel saved my sanity. I cracked my original bezel late one night and I couldn’t sleep well thinking about it. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money to fix it. However, I decided to look up parts on Amazon and found this listing! Out of all the options I found, this was the best reviewed and I felt like I could trust the product! I’m so glad I trusted my gut. It came when it said it was and was packaged very delicately, as to protect the replacement bezel. With a little heat and a thin wedge (I used my cricut spatula) I was able to remove my cracked bezel and replace it within 5 minutes! Well worth the money… which might I add is insanely affordable for an apple replacement piece.

Even if everything is fine, I still give it a star because of no conductive gasket. When you take the old broken bezel off, the conductive gasket is also taken off, which sticks to the bezel very tightly.

So happy I found this replacement bezel! I almost return my 2017 Mac Pro I got for a great price! For a moment I thought it was going to be an expensive fix but after doing some research and watching some videos I discover it was replaceable and not expensive at all, so I decided to come to amazon and found this one which is inexpensive and fits perfectly. You need to be really careful removing the damage one but once you get it out it’s easy to put the new one back in place.Just a tip for those who want to do it yourself, Make sure you cover your keyboard when removing the damage bezel because a lot of small pieces of glass will fly out.

This item is perfect, does exactly what it says it will, and comes in at a very low price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this part.

When i broke this piece I thought i had to replace the whole screen! Thank goodness for this replacement. Quality was exactly the same!

Fit perfectly on my 2020 MacBook Pro 13”.It was an easy install but take your time. To remove the old bezel you have to apply a heat source to loosen up the glue (I used a hair dryer.)

Excellent product! If you're going to use a heat gun, do not use high power, you will melt your screen, and it will turn yellow, and maybe even bubble. Not fun... But lessons learned.

It replaces exactly the original one.

I gave this to my computer repairman and while trying to replace it he damaged the cables causing £500 worth of damage to the screen. More than the cost of a replacement laptop. Please be very careful undertaking this repair. There is no warning of this in the product packaging

This part fit perfectly on the A2179 models. The hardest step of the repair was to remove the old part without causing further damage to the screen but I was able to find several instructional videos online and then I built the courage to attempt the repair. The new part adhered very well to the bottom of the screen and now my computer feels like new.

They sent me one that said MacBook Air. So now my MacBook pro is an Air. I had to put it on because it was completely exposed.
