The material is too soft, like a layer of actual jelly under and behind the heel. This causes a squelchy squidgy feeling within my doc marten boots underfoot as I walk which is very uncomfortable. Perhaps if this product only went around the Achilles heel and ankle, and not under the heel as well, then it would be more comfortable and would prevent blisters. But as is, it's too uncomfortable to use.

Firstly, the company sent a courtesy email with contact details if I had any questions or problems which is first class service. These are good quality and packaged really well. I have been using them for a week and I have no idea how they work but they have really helped relief the pain and are very comfortable. I will be buying more!

This product is absolutely useless as it does nothing to elevate the pain.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Have worn these for 2 weeks as had heel pain they are good support and comfortable they give some pain relief
