This item did not match the online pictures
Although the item I received was SIMILAR to the original and it was able to be physically installed, the distance between the catch and the stationary hook on the chassis was further away than the original. As a result the door was not held closed. About an 1/8" gap between the door and the chassis of the dishwasher.Design of this was significantly different than the original resulting in it's not being functionally equivalent.Refund 50%, suggest that in the future all purchase from parts house with better knowledge of the parts and their application. I know I will.

It is not far
This part works very well, but it is cheaper than the part that I order and pay for, it is not far. Your company sent me a Samsung dishwasher door latch DD81-02132A. In the Amazon the price it is $62.00. The part that I paid was DD81-01629a. and I paid$83.00 it is not far.

Samsung sucks, Amazon rules!
Simple install, fixed the broken latch. Video on you tube. Little more expensive than other sites but getting it on 2 days was worthy it. What more can you ask for?

It worked but terrible packing and broken in the packing but it still worked fine.
Broken in packaging but works okay, wife does not think it will last as long as the original

Doesn't actually fit correctly.
My husband had to modify it to get it to work and fit properly. It does however work like it should now. But had my husband not knew what he was doing, we would have had to return it.
