Phantom Fit LED Safety Light (2 Pack) - Great for Running, Jogging, Cycling, or Working Outside

I admit it! I love these little LED safety lights by Phantom Fit!! It's not that I'm a runner or even a jogger, I'm none of those things. I love them for a whole different purpose. I got these for my son because he has a thing for these types of lights and he thinks that having some type of small light keeps the cat out of his path at night if he gets up to use the bathroom. Honestly we have enough light in the house for him to navigate and the cat could care less about the lights, but it gives him a sense of safety. So, when they arrived they came in a nice tight little box. Inside there was the two lights, two stretchy velcro hold bands, a tiny screwdriver and two extra batteries. I love that the packaging is size appropriate for the items and there is no waste. I checked the lights out right away, and love how bright they are! You can click the light once and get a steady red from the four tiny lights inside, click again and you get a very fast blink, click once more you get a slower blink and the final click will turn it off. The two elastic velcro type bands are excellent for holding the lights on your arm or wrist if you choose. The clip piece on the back of the light is really a breeze to slide over the band, or onto your shirt, belt, or jacket if you choose! The fact that they include spare batteries and a correctly sized screwdriver is a real bonus in my opinion; I don't need to worry about how long the current batteries may have been in the unit because backup is at hand. Since we intend to do some camping this summer, I can see these being quite handy for night time games, or making our way to the bathroom. I'm pretty excited that I was able to try them out, because I think they are a real win.Disclaimer: I received this item at a free or discounted price for testing. The media could not be loaded.  WOW....these lights are so tiny but really bright and well made! When the package came and I could literally fit the box in the palm of my hand I was a little disappointed but then I opened it up and dumped out the contents and there was quite a bit more than I expected in the box. There were the 2 lights pictured on the stock photo, two elastic/velcro armbands that can be stretched to fit pretty much anyone. Small enough to wrap around my 3 yr old's arm and big enough to wrap around my adult arm with a coat. I don't think the velcro is super strong but it does the job. I was also super impressed that these came with the batteries inside and an additional set. That in my opinion was really generous. And, omg, the itty bitty screwdriver to open the back and change the battery is SO cute (and functional) but way adorable. There were no instructions but they're not necessary.You have to pry the back of the clip open with your fingers and clip it on to the arm band where it stays really well given the inside of the clip had several teeth to grab the band. I tried to take a video of the different patterns the light blinks when the button at the bottom is depressed but sometimes they won't post so on the instance that they don't you have 3 settings. The 1st press is a solid light, the 2nd press is a rapid blinking light and the 3rd is a slow blinking light. Press one more time to turn them off. Just a side note: Thankfully like I said above these didn't require much thought when putting them together because the website listed on the side of the box was not user friendly and I couldn't even locate this product on there. I am not a jogger/runner but I am a mommy and I walk at night sometimes with my kids and I like the idea of being really visible when I do. Nice little lights. Adequate for walking in predawn light in light to moderate residential traffic. Hinge pin is a little thin in diameter, I pushed too hard directly on top. I pressed too hard directly on top center instead of top front as seen in picture. The pin flexed & pin came out. Luckily I found everything and was able to reassemble all the small parts in about 5 minutes.

Absolutely love love love these lights! I purchased three sets and two were gifts. We have all enjoyed them and use them for running and walking. The clip makes it easy to put on our shoes or shirt in the dark. They strobe and flash and the light is bright! I walked down the street and was 20 feet from a stop sign and they were reflecting off the sign from my shirt!! Highly recommend these!!

I am pretty sure that these may just have saved my life. I clipped on on my front sweatshirt pocket, and drivers who might have been disposed to ignore me in the gathering dusk seemed to take more care. I try not to run after dark, but sometimes it gets dark faster than expected or sometimes I end up talking to a neighbor; these give me an extra margin of safety when running back home.

Perfect! I walk a lot and these are perfect for me after work. I clip them to the front on my purse and on the back of the strap. So far theyhave not fallen off and I like that there are 3 settings: light, blinking, and faster blinking. I am going to get more to put on my dogs collarsand leashes.

Good lights but not quite as bright as I needed for running at night and dawn/dusk.

Didnt work out of the box. Tried reseating batteries to no avail, got a nice laughout of the cheap parts and tiny screwdriver needed for the battery (seriously, it looks like it was made for ant man.) link to "support" on the product homepage takes you to what appears to be a blank template.... Real nice.If i could buy stock in small retail shops, i would- at the rate amazon is turning into a flea market, theyre bound to make a comeback.
