Just Like Sugar Baking Sweetener -- 32 oz

This is one of the best sugar substitutes out there. Pro: It makes the texture of foods similar to what you would get if you used sugar. I haven't found any other substitute (and I've tried many) that can make a cookie crispy. But Just Like Sugar does make cookies crispy. Cons: It is not as sweet as sugar, so you will probably need to add a second sweetener and it is expensive. But I still think it is worth it.

This is a terrific sugar substitute. It's not quite as sweet as sugar, but I like that. I add in a little extra if I want that additional sweetness. I use it for everything, baking, hot and cold drinks, sprinkled on my cereal.

Great replacement for sugar.
