Works well, only 1 flaw
Pros...- Multiple colors- No neutral required- Easy to install- Timers are accurate- Looks nicer than expectedCons...- When installed it needs to be perfectly flush with your face plate. Anything other than light pressure on the sides of the switch from the faceplate will cause the buttons to stick or not work at all. This seems like a design flaw to me as the front of the switch seems to shift a bit with pressure instead of being a solid unit. Overall it was annoying more than anything. Note that I have a GE switch that is similar and is totally solid... just didn't come in the color I needed so I went with this one. I'd recommend the GE switch over this as it's a nicer unit and cheaper, but it only comes in white.Example of my issue above: switch was not perfectly flush, maybe a mm lower on the left side (hardly noticeable, honestly). When I put on the faceplate and screwed it down with even moderate pressure, the 30 and 60 min buttons would not work as they were jammed/stuck in place. If i took all the pressure off of the screws and let the faceplate float, they would work. I ended up jimmying it around quite a bit and loosing the screws anchoring the switch to the box so the switch was floating. Still ended up having to shim the bottom and keep the faceplate screw loose on the bottom to ensure the 60 minute button would be clickable AND trigger off when the time was up.

Works on 2 wire system
Does not require white wire as so many do. Works on standard 2 wire switch. Quiet as no spring action to listen to

works well
This works well. It needs a ground wire, but not a neutral wire. The blinking LED changes as it counts down, giving you some idea how much time is left. There are three colors: ivory (the yellowest), almond (lighter), and white. These are each listed separately on Amazon, so make sure you get the right color. They take up quite a bit of room in a switch box. Adjusting wires so that everything fits takes a bit of doing.

A fine timer switch
Using this in a bathroom with a combined fan/light circuit. Easy to install, very intuitive and easy to operate. Can’t see how they could make this better.

Bathroom fan timer
I love this product. It was a breeze to install and it works just as I had hoped. Really nice it doesn't require the neutral wire.

Easy to use
Very intuitive to use. I like that you can add or subtract time by pushing buttons while unit is counting down. Also, the light flashes during last 30 seconds or so, letting you know if you want to add more time. Nice, green LED lights, not too bright. Have not tried custom programming as the labeled times work well for me as a bathroom fan timer.

Every shower fan needs one
I was sick of our bathroom fan running all day. This was an easy solution. And it’s even programmable if you don’t like the default times (although the buttons don’t change their numbers). Good color match for my existing switches and outlets.

works well without a neutral wire
This is the only timer I've found not requiring a neutral wire. Absolutely works. Glad they have it around.
