Great light bulbs 10/10
These are perfect bulbs for the porch lights I bought them for. Needed smaller size bulbs to match the look I wanted but still bright enough to to be useful. These not only met both criteria but because they're LED, they're energy efficient and I expect them to last a long time. The yellowish/white color light also fits the look I wanted. Would definitely buy these again.

Perfect warm glow, especially to make a cold winter night cozy.
I have a torchiere table lamp with Italian marble glass sitting on a low table in a foyer. This lamp requires a small bulb, and as the bulb is viewable if you pass close to the lamp (as a visitor would do on the way to the bathroom) the wrong bulb -- as I learned -- creates a harsh glare and makes a beautiful lamp look horrible. This bulb is perfect. The 2w version casts a perfect warm light in the foyer, and if you get close to the lamp and see the bulb, it is a pleasing Edison-style glow. At only two watts, it is also inexpensive to leave on as a night light. In another lamp, I have the 4w version which provides a much brighter, but still warm illumination in the room. These photos do not do the bulb (or lamp) justice, as I had to turn down the brightness on my phone's camera to capture the images properly. Unlike the photos suggest, the foyer isn't dark and is lit perfectly -- but if you had a lamp you wanted to read by, go with the 4w version.

Not perfect, but very good for the price.
These are great accent bulbs. They are bright, but not too bright. They are non-dimmable. They cast a slightly peach orange color rather than the "golden" orange of other super-warm LED bulbs or of a true incandescent filament when dimmed, but if you are not mixing and matching them with other light in close proximity they'll look just great. I would only recommend them as accent or ambient lighting, not work lighting, but that is really their intent, I believe. Their color temperature is most similar to the orange-ish sodium vapor lights over many streets.

Exactly what I was looking for.
These bulbs are interesting. I'd been looking for a low energy bulb that was at most 2200K--something that is more nighttime, getting-ready-to-go-to-bed friendly. LEDs have a reputation for being directed, high-temp bulbs that are not very good for circadian rhythms. The Hero-LEDs were the answer. The amber hue is reminiscent of a kerosene lamp or a campfire. Very relaxing. The look of the bulbs are interesting as well. They are vaguely Edison Bulb-like, with an unusual, at least to me, filament configuration, considering they are LEDs. As interesting as the filaments are, they come with a warning not to look directly at them. Are they dangerous to look at for some reason? Don't know. I have them in recessed fixtures, so I don't see the bulbs, and most people probably have them in some sort of fixture, lamp, etc., so it's probably not a problem anyway (assuming it's a problem to begin with).

good bulbs
I bought the 8 of the 4w 2700k version. I'm very happy with these bulbs. Just the right shape for my application, good color temp, plenty of light. I measured the wattage of one in a lamp and it was very low, 2w! I think my meter doesn't read accurately at such low wattage, but the reading was less than a 5 watt bulb (which read out at 3w on the same meter, and a 14w led read out at 12w). So, at least I know it is in the right ball park: I am confident these are accurately rated, and using very little energy!

Perfect warm light, wide dimming range!
These bulbs fit perfectly in the pendant fixture I have in my living room. The color temperature is warm... perfect. The wide range of dimming make these bulbs outstanding, just like the original incandescent bulbs they replaced. I couldn't ask for better. But, I would love it if the price went down, because I have string lights over my deck and want to replace the scores of 7 watt bulbs with these. One day they will be as cheap as the old incandescent bulb. Maybe...

Great little lights
Love these. Bought a bunch of the 2w years ago and they are still working. Just getting a bunch of the 4w ones and they are great too. Dimmable. They look nice on or off and they don’t blind you too much if you look right at them.

Three out of four unfortunately
These are small and very warm light bulbs. If you use them in a lamp be mindful of the fact that they are “clear” and the skeleton of the lampshade may be visible through the shade fabric. These did what I wanted and I am happy with them — With One Exception: I was only able to use three of the four since one bulb arrived with the globe broken away from the stem. They were all packed well but one was broken inside its protective covering.
