I frequently have hypokalemia (low potassium) so these shakers have been amazing. I can tell when I'm deficient because I actually start craving this stuff! I enjoy the taste more than salt, and it has helped me to get my potassium levels up and consistently in range for bloodwork. I imagine this is also great if you need to stick to a low sodium diet. It definitely enhances flavors like normal table salt.

I was surprised at how very salty this tasted. I can only use a small pinch of it. But, that's all I need to add salt flavor to what I'm eating. I'm on a salt free diet, so my taste buds have adjusted to no sodium foods.This adds what salt-free spices do not.And I must say with this salt free diet (almost salt free) I feel so much better, I've lost a lot of weight and my lab work comes back great. Most people eat way too much salt and it's not healthy, I'm glad I changed my bad habits.

This is a good salt substitute. There is a little bit of an after taste but it doesn't interfere with the overall taste of my seasoned food.

Everybody at my house love's the taste. My blood pressure is at normal level.

Great iron to help control sodium intake

If you are looking for a no salt option to enhance the flavor of your food, this is not it. It added an unpleasant taste that was awful. Youd be better off learning to eat your food without any salt at all; had to toss meal/eggs this was put onOr suggest using a low sodium salt to enhance/go along with the flavor of the numerous no salt spices offered. Sadly I ordered about 8 since they're small, and can't return since it's a food item

Wow, this stuff is strong. A little sprinkle is almost overkill
