Wasn't using it for diet purposes but more so to clean out intestines.Taste like nothing, really. Can add sweetener if you choose.

Sad this didn’t work. I feel like I got a placebo pack and it’s not a liable for exchange. I wish I could send this pack back and get another I want to see if it’s just the box I got that doesn’t work. Didn’t make me nor my partner use the bathroom…. Just normal tea

Anyone who is saying this clears u right out and they have to run or stay near the bathroom is not truthful. This did nothing .
