I was excited to make this pattern, and as a larger lady I have learned to cut a littlw big. It wasn't enough for this pattern, the outfit was unwearable and my efforts to add panels did bot work. I was very disappointed.

4 stars because part of the instructions were difficult to understand, (but bear in mind I'm a beginner) and the collar line for dress "A" came out WAY too high and sort of wonky. Made some improvised changes to suit my taste and it cam out perfect! I'd say it's best for an intermediate or advanced sewer, but wasn't too bad for my first solo project.

Exactly what is needed for my dress for the holidays. I may change the sleeves for a more elegant effect.

I had a lot of fun making this dress! I didn’t quite follow it to a T but i did more or less :) This was the first dress i’ve ever made, it was a bit confusing at first but i got the hang of it! it’s easy enough to understand. The only thing i wasn’t so happy about was that the paper patterns are so so thin! it’s a bit hard not to rip them!

Como todos los patrones de Butterick, es un patrón precioso, no es para principiantes, aunque no es excesivamente complicado. Muy recomendable. Las instrucciones están en inglés, pero no son difíciles de seguir.
