Litey Leash Night-time Lighted Leash 5 Feet Long for Dogs up to 90 Lbs. (Yellow)

Even though these leashes don't last long (they rarely last past one or two battery changes), I will continue to buy them because they are the best leashes for walking at night. If your dog is not small and pulls when he/she walks, these leashes will not last more than a month. My two medium size dogs do not pull, but just normal wear and tear and the occasional lurch means I go through one or two of these per year. Regardless of this though, they really are great for walking at night because they are the most visible, better than the other lighted leashes and collars that I have tried or seen. I walk on relatively busy streets and we often have to cross streets on our night walks, so this is the only leash I'll use. Ultimately, this really depends on your situation--how important visibility is, and how big and strong your dog is and if he/she pulls. Just so you know, this leash is not as flexible as your normal nylon leash, you can't bend them or easily wrap it around your hand or wrist.

This is the best leash ever! I purchased it 3 weeks ago & at least get 3 compliments per walk. My neighborhood is pitch black at night & this makes us visible. I bought the yellow, & it's similar to just a really tough rope with lights in it that you can blink or leave solid. The handle is okay, I prefer to wrap it around my regular leash so it works. For $10 gets the job done. I don't know why people equate price with quality, your walk isn't going to be any different with a $40 led leash. Will definitely be recommend.

Love this. Perfect for safe walking after dark with the dog. Would give it 5 stars but it is a smidge flimsy or too easy to be broken. Bought a previous one, last several months, but one night my son went for a night run with the leash and the dog, getting excited, jumped and bent the leach and broke it.

This leash is all at once a functional safety necessity, a festive fashion statement, and a neighborhood crowd pleaser. Not a day goes by that I don't get a compliment. I may start asking the seller for commission! (Kidding.) The missing star is because my first one broke when my rambunctious pup pulled a bit too hard. Otherwise it's a superb product. So far so good with the second one.

Our neighborhood is dimly light and I have been concerned about cars not seeing us when we walk our dogs. This leash is a life saver! I would recommend every dog owner has this product. I would give it 5 stars if only it would last longer. This is my second purchase as the light stopped working after a year?

Love it. I'be had people call out "great idea" as they passed us in their cars during our evening walks. The flashing setting is very visible. I just wish it was a bit longer though. Also the handle should be separate from the light control. With a pulling dog, it can accidently get tuned off. Overall though, happy with my purchase.

I loved this leash and it worked perfectly...until it didn't. Only lasted a year before the lights stopped working. I would pay more to have a better quality, longer lasting leash vs. having to replace frequently. This seems to be the general consensus among other customers too. I hope they review everyone's feedback and make some fixes. It was especially fun to use trick-or-treating at Halloween!

This is a great leash for dogs to use at night. The lighting in our neighborhood is very poor so when I take my dog out at night I know that I can be seen walking my dog. It has a button on the handle which when hit once lights up the leash and hit twice the lights blink and the third time turns it off. It is bright and can be seen at quite a distance. The lights are led lights inside the core of the leash and run up the entire length of the leash. Thank you Amazon for having such unique items. heh
