I love this product! I order this product monthly, thought I would try a new company that had a package vs just a single. I am just so disappointed that both of the seals were completely broke and both containers didn't smell as strong as normal. :( normally when I pour some in the laundry it smells the whole room up, this time I had to smell the bottle to see if it was the same stuff. I can't prove it of course but it seems watered down. :( I won't order from this company again. It's a shame, I would rather a company be more expensive but honest. I am hoping it's not water down. They very well could be just fine! But as both sealed were broke I have no way of knowing that. :(

The product has a pleasant smell, however, it didn’t last too long. I was hoping I would only have to apply the solution about once a week but that didn’t work out for me. The 2 pack is also no longer available which was a better value over a single bottle.I would try it again at a decent price but I wouldn’t recommend this product at this time to family or friends. I found another product that meets my needs and expectations more so than this product. Too bad as I did like the smell, almost grape bubble gum like.

I've purchased this item from another seller, and this is definitely watered down! I had the same broken seal issue as other buyers -- right when you open the bottles, you can see that they've been opened. Also, the original liquid is thicker, like a concentrate, NOT sloshy and watery like these.

I also got mine with broken seals and the solution seems very watery. Just got some new turf and read this product was supposed to be good but it ain't working. My turf still smells like dog pee. Very disappointed.

Love the scent but dont like the fact seals are broken. Who knows what was added or diluted. SNEAKY. THE SEALS ARE NOT TO BE BROKEN.

Was looking for another brand I usually use. This is also good for I have a small courtyard . A little more than I wanted to pay. Can buy odorban and dilute for less money

Great product. I use it through a hose end sprayer on my artificial turf and stone pavers to clean and freshen them. I have one large dog and several smaller ones that use my backyard. This product really works to minimize any odor from their urine.

Was happy with this product for as long as it took the turf to dry. As soon as the turf dried the smell was still there
