I haven't noticed any difference between before and after taking these but at least I have not seen any negative side effects either. I suppose if you're taking them as a supplement without expecting anything to happen then it may be fine. No bad side effects observed so far.

I'm always interested in some immunity and general health support, and these seemed like an interesting option. These seem to be designed as a broad spectrum, health supporting supplement that isn't focused on anything in particular.I've been taking these for several weeks, and I don't honestly notice much difference in how I feel. With this type of supplement I typically don't notice much effect until I stop taking it. If a supplement is working for me, I'll usually notice when it wears off more than I did it's onset. In any case, I'm going to take these until they are gone and see what happens.As a final note, when looking around on Amazon I see that there are many brands selling multi-mushroom pills with the exact same nutrition panel and ingredients list. It looks like somewhere there is a manufacturer bottling these exact pills with different labels for multiple brands. I'd take a look around at similar products on Amazon to see who has the best price.

This supplement carries a good quantity of 4 popular mushrooms, most in extract form, in addition to a proprietary blend. Per one capsule: Cordyceps Sinensis Powder, 133mg, Reishi Mushroom Extract 133mg, Shiitake Mushroom Extract 133mg, Lions Mane 133mg and 133mg of their Proprietary Blend. The proprietary blend includes impressive mushroom sources: Maitake Mushroom Extract, Turkey Tail Extract, Chaga Mushroom Extract, Royal Sun Agaricus Mushroom Extract, White Button Mushroom Extract, Black Fungus Extract. To be honest, if the supplement only contained the mushrooms without the proprietary blend, this would be an impressive mushroom supplement. So, adding the associated potential health benefits from the ingredients in the proprietary blend seems like a bonus.The bottle displays certifications/badges for bottled in the USA and GMP certified. The cGMP (certified Good Manufacturing Practices) ensures that the supplement meets criteria/standards relating to the integrity of processing. So, thankfully this box is checked.I feel that this mushroom complex is competitively priced. I ingest mushrooms daily, in food, powder and supplement forms. I'm happy to include this supplement into my supplement resources.This mushroom complex supplement merits a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

In all honesty, I can't tell a mental difference from using this stuff. That's typical for when I take supplements, though. I like this product because it has a great mix of the types of mushrooms that support brain health - rishi, lion's mane, shitaki, turkey tail, etc. So this covers the whole spectrum as far as I'm concerned. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and there's really no taste at all, and the bottles come at a reasonable price. I'd say this - research the benefits of the various mushroom strains and if you want to try taking mushroom supplements, this is a good choice. Certainly I can't think of a reason not to give these a try if you are interested in mushrooms.

I definitely prefer taking a blend of mushroom powders instead of just one type since many have unique benefits good for health. This supplement contains cordyceps, shitake and lions mane which are all very good fungi. Cordyceps is not in pure form since it's extremely expensive but a cordyceps grown on a substrate is also good, which this cordyceps most likely is. This supplement also contains a very good proprietary blend including Chaga which is a powder that I have bought separately several times. Chaga is a very powerful anti-viral and I've been taking a blend of mushroom powders containing Chaga for probably well over a year now and have not gotten sick during that time. I think this is a very good blend of quality mushroom powders.

This is a nice blend of mushrooms - 10 in all make up the ingredients in this complex. That's a lot to support a variety of health desires from vitality to brain health. And the price is very affordable compared to many brands.I had never heard of using mushroom supplements for health until this past year or so. I started seeing them online and my son-in-law says they are a great key to vitality. This does look like a nice quality supplement with a great variety and with 60 in the bottle - it's a nice value.

And suddenly I'm hungry for rice with mushrooms on top!Inside each understandably large capsule, there is a combination of all the best mushroom extracts, and cordyceps powder. All packed into a vegetable capsule.What I really like about this company is that they select mushrooms that are grown for their high levels of 'the good stuff'.Talk about a magic mushroom!
