Good diffuser
Gives a very nice, fine mist of CO2, which I can see most of dissolve into the water before it reaches the surface. Some people say it only bubbles over part of the surface, and that is true of mine, but I don't have my CO2 cranked up all that high, maybe 4 bubbles per second in my 55 gallon.Does the trick for my tank at least. Came well packed for a quite breakable item. Be careful when placing stiff CO2 tubing over the glass barb on this. You could break it, so stick the tube end in boiling water first to soften it, but mine is well-blown and it didn't seem too risky, I have experience handling fragile labware like this. We'll see how it lasts between cleaning but off the bat works perfectly. Turned my drop checker lime green and keeps it there all day at about 4 bubbles per second in my 55 Amazon tank.Note - I don't know that a DIY yeast bottle would generate enough pressure to force CO2 through the ceramic on one of these. I know a lot of people try this. It takes probably 25-30 psi to force the gas through the membrane. Not sure a yeast bottle would do it. Ideal for a pressurized gas system tho'. I immediately discovered a small leak at my check valve when I installed this because it wouldn't start bubbling unless I turned the gas up full blast. Wasn't the diffuser at all. If it's not bubbling, check your lines and pressure carefully. 2 bar is typical for these, 30 psi, so the system has to hold as much pressure as a car tire. You'll need proper CO2 tubing and good seals everywhere from your needle valve and bubble counter to the diffuser.

Easy Setup, Works as Intended! First Time C02 Injection!!
Been using this diffuser for a month and so far, so good. No issues, no leaks, nothing fishy except what's in the aquarium! Needs C02 grade tubing (not standard airline tubing) to hook up with the diffuser (and recommend a check valve too) but works great, nice tiny bubbles. Initially, I needed to increase the flow a little to get consistent dispersion after the unit first turned on in the morning but it's going strong now. Comes with 2 suction cups to help hold it in place underwater but even in a corner, I can only get one to actually stick. Not a problem, it is secure in place. The small U-shape glass piece included in the second picture is for rimless tanks, which I do not have so I did not use it. This is basically the same as an air stone for an air pump, just for C02!For anyone looking to get into C02, I would recommend this unit as your first diffuser. It is relatively inexpensive compared to many high end models. You will need this, C02-grade tubing, a diffuser and a tank of C02. I bought the 3 parts needed here on Amazon and got the tank at a local beer shop. Total cost was under $200. I watched a few Youtube videos to get familiar with the various parts and what would be a good way to get into this aspect of planted tanks. The good news is if a noob like myself can do it, you can too!

When it works it’s great.
Very fragile. As long as you’re careful it will not break. If you receive one and the airline keeps popping off, the diffuser is faulty. The white seal is not sealed properly. They will return no questions asked. I returned two. One, the stem was broken, and the other one wasn’t sealed and the airline would pop off after a day or so. But they work great.

Amazing! So many tiny bubbles!
This diffuser is awesome. I let this soak for a full 24 hours inside my tank before hooking it up to Co2. Thousands of tiny tiny bulbs flow from it while on. I've tried several other diffusers but this one produces the smallest bubbles in the largest volume from the ones I have personally used. Personally, I believe the initial soak is absolutely essential, though 24 hours may or may not be a bit longer than necessary. I believe the packaging recommended 30 minutes, but I wanted to ensure a full saturation.I used this with the AQUATEK CO2-Proof Tubing and had no leaks or issues of any kind. The instructions recommend boiling a mug of water in the microwave, and then holding the end (about the last inch or so) of the tubing in the water for about 30 seconds. The tubing becomes very flexible, and can then be put on very easily. Just be sure to take care when connecting hot tubing to glass. Depending on your tubing, this may not be necessary (or recommended), but for the tubing I used this was absolutely essential to getting the tubing on without breaking the diffuser. The tubing is now attached very securely, and there are no leaks. The suction cups hold on very securely. In fact, I have difficulty removing it from the tank, the suction, and the way the suction cup is affixed to the diffuser, are both top notch.I would recommend them to anyone who needed a Co2 diffuser, and in fact I think I might pick up a few more of these myself.

Stem WILL Snap
I have bought 4 of these and the stem has snapped on 3 of them leaving them utterly useless. The first one I may have been too rough with, once I realized how fragile they were I was extremely careful and one just couldn't support the pressure needed to attach CO2 strength tubing and the other broke extremely easily when I tried to remove it from the aquarium. If by some miracle you can get it installed without breaking it (I was able to do this 25% of the time) then it works really great.

Awesome
I just got into CO2 in the last 6 months. I was initially using the Fzone diffuser that came with the co2 kit, but I don’t think it was cutting it for my 32.5 gal tank. I started noticing my plants yellowing. This diffuser allowed me to turn the CO2 up higher without making the bubbles too big. The plants greened up within a couple weeks, and are now growing like crazy.

Clogs easily
Product works great for about 4 months then the holes plug and it's very hard to clean. I am actually looking for a different diffuser right now because there is barely any bubbles coming out and I am tired of cleaning it. It looks great and was easy to set up though.

Good first impression
Looks to me like this will work great. The price was right and I received it in two days.It is fine glass!! I feel like I had to be extra careful not to break it (kinda like granny’s fine china).I also feel like they could have packaged it a little better as it is such a delicate piece. As for the actual functionality… I’m impressed how fine the bubbles are from this diffuser.So.. good first impression. Let’s see how well it lasts:)
