Warm Tips:
1.There is a tiny spring in the humidifier that sits under the filter to push it up to the top. Be careful not to lose it especially when un-packaging the humidifier, otherwise it won't work. 2.Make sure the filter is submerged when you fill water into the bottle or cup. 3.Clean the nozzle of the humidifier at least every 2 weeks.
