This charger does what it says it will do, and do it pretty quickly. When I received it, there was some charge on it. I used it to try it out, and it was easy to use and did the job. Since then I charged it completely, and it has charged my watch a number of times. It is portable and attractive. It’s a little heavier than I expected, but so much that I won’t take it with me when I travel. I’m satisfied.

Fast charger & can charge multiple devises on 1 charge before having to recharge. A bit slower when trying to charge 3 devises at one time, but perfect for a phone & watch.

I really like this charger. It works well and I like having the attached cord so that I don’t have to keep track of a separate cord.However, if the cord gets pushed in too far when it’s put away, it’s really hard to get it back out. I ended up having to use something to pry it out because I couldn’t get it out.It would be nice if there was a little niche in the side or a piece of ribbon underneath, like they use for batteries sometimes. Just something to make it less frustrating to use.Other than that, I really like the charger. It recharges fast and charges my iPhone 8 without a problem. It is small enough to keep in my purse without being too awkward or heavy. I highly recommend it!

Nice portable charger for my Apple Watch. Haven’t tested out the company’s claim that it can charge my watch 20 times before needing to be recharged, but for the purpose I need it for it only has to go a week before charging which I think it could. I like that this unit can also charge my iPhone, with the integrated cable nestled in the back of the unit, but I’m not sure I’d get two full charges out of it.With that said, I took away a star because the magnet isn’t super strong so if I bump my watch at all it loses the connection and stops charging. The unit also shuts off before a full charge is reached so I had to keep on top of that.

This is a travel MUST have. It can change your Apple Watch and phone at the same time. And has nice battery power and fits in the bag easily or your pocket in a pinch! I won’t travel with out it and it stays in my car when I’m not traveling.

Do not worry anymore on battery died on you, with this device you battery will be charged to full and your apple watch too. Love it and I recommend it to anyone who travels anywhere, just charge it before leaving the house and off you go; but do not forget to have it on you :)

Update 2: iWalk customer service replaced my unit via Amazon; the new one works. Customer service stayed in contact so that issue got resolved after a few laps. Maybe there is a better way for them to verify that a unit does not work. They were good natured about it. I have softened criticism in earlier parts of this review (see below) therefore.After second unit also does not respond to double-clicking per instructions, customer service after some (days of) delay verified that the product has been changed but the printed instructions were not.Update: Customer service responded to my email customer service request by requesting that I send a video of their product not working. That is not easy to do: you jack this product into your phone to charge the phone, so you can't use the phone to video the process. Besides that, how do you video anything in the act of not working? I did my best, by using this product to charge my watch instead ( which it also fails to do correctly) and taking a video of that. But most email won't allow upload of enough video to show much. Send them a video of me double-clicking their one button and nothing happening, taken with with one hand holding the phone and the other one double clicking, relying on sound of clicking to verify.Product seemed great, but after reading all the instructions and trying it repeatedly, it does not work. It always turns off after about one minute 20 seconds. Same behavior with an Apple watch ( which it does start charging ), a phone, or both together.I charged the battery pack fully, then connected it as instructed, and it worked well for a minute or two. The instructions say to double-click its button to put it in low current charging mode, but that doesn't work. ( its indicator light is supposed to flash cyclically, but instead it just turns off ). Update2: this feature no longer exists, which is why it does not work.I called customer service, who wanted my name, phone number, email address, what product, etc before answering any questions. Then she said she couldn't help, but that eventually somebody would call me back. Has not happened yet. ( Update 2: they never called me back, but they responded via email to Amazon review.) I am currently planning to go find the packaging and send it back. Since there is only one button and I have tried it easily 50 times every way possible, I don't see how customer service can help anyway. ( Update 2: customer service had Amazon send a replacement, not to return original. It went into battery recycling since it is basically a battery. )
