Genial

How does this blade have decent reviews?
I noticed I was getting a little bit of tearout with my original Festool blade. So, I figured I'll do my research and upgrade. I've been using the saw for more plywood lately, so I'll get the best blade for that.I was bamboozled. Look at the pic! The cut on the left is my "worn out" Festool blade. The cut on the right is the new Freud LU96R006M20! Just to make absolutely SURE I wasn't making it unfair, I cut those in opposite directions with the cuts shown being the rail side (and so with the benefit of the anti-splinter strip!)When I made my first cut after mounting the new blade, I was at first confused, like I had done something wrong. I re-checked everything (not like there's much to check, here) and did another test cut at little slower to make sure that wasn't the problem. That's the cut shown in the picture! I remounted my "worn out" Festool blade and cut off the test cut area (both so I'd have a side-by-side and because I needed to remove the now-trashed edge of the plywood).Very, very disappointing. I have several other Freud blades, and all are excellent. This one is garbage. I'm sorry.
