Neatnik SaucerManhattan High Chair Cover

I was skeptical about buying this (baby is 7 months and eats table food), but after the 4th time eating in a restaurant where all of the given food has ended up on the floor (picture like 3 or more pieces of bread worth of food in small pieces wasted on the floor due to her simply sticking her arm out to the side and letting go), I decided something needed to be done. This thing works very well. Not one piece of food has hit the floor since using it (although a lot of the food ends up in her lap), it has even caught her cup from falling to the floor, and you get a nice visual of where she can and cannot reach (basically everything outside the mat is safe). I still think $25 is pricey for what it does, but at least I am not wasting so much food and making such a mess. The suction cups don't really work well, though, but they aren't really necessary either. They do cause the mat to have a slight incline, but we haven't had any problems from this. Few things I wish were different: 1. I wish they would've used a plastic fabric to bind it together instead of the cloth, 2. I wish there were slits next to the Velcro, so it could be pulled to the underside when the baby is eating.

Really like this cover. Some of the other reviews stated that the suction cups didn't stick and there was an issue with highchair being lower than the table causing it to pop up - we really didn't find an issue with that. It didn't stick and did pop up but that didn't affect how great it was in containing my son's mess. Would absolutely recommend this cover. My only suggestion is that the seat should detach from the cover/placemat. It would be great to unbutton it and wash it.

Watch the video and practice putting it away before your first outing. Once you get the hang of it you will find it easy to collapse and place in the carrying case. I love to use this because before I had a babe of my own I have seen the mess left behind by toddlers learning to eat and play and was mortified that parents left it for another person to clean up. There is a nifty velcro strap that can attach to your childs toy keeping it from being left behind or dirtied on the floor. This cover also keeps your child protected from the grim that is almost always left all over chairs in restaurants.

This is a good product and great idea. One of the suction cups to stick it to the table was bent up when we got it and will not stick to tables even with water. Also, I think the suction cups should be closer to the edge because it causes the edges to lift up. My son is 14 mo and can definitely still throw food over onto the floor, but if this thing was any bigger you wouldn't be able to use it anywhere. It definitely works to create a barrier between germs and baby!

We are an on-the-go type of family, and it's great to have the neatnik saucer to take along. Waitstaff in restaurants no longer cringe when we walk in with a baby - we are often thanked for using this and keeping the cleanup to a minimium! I adore that my baby isn't touching (or eating off of) a nasty table that was last cleaned "who knows when" using "who knows what". It's a bit awkward to fold back up, usually takes a few tries, but easier with every use. The suction cups are super strong. Overall, a wonderful purchase, and this will be one of my "go-to" baby gifts for every new parent I know.

I loved the idea of the product but the problem was the height. Didn’t fit some tables. But it’s easy to carry, cleanable, beautiful colors, the material is good material :)

The idea is fantastic, but it's virtually impossible to fold. I find it very difficult to coordinate getting the baby's legs through both leg openings (the actual seat and the Neatnik). The hooks on the side are great for hanging toys and cups. Overall, I think it's a great idea and does keep that area of the table clean.

I have received a compliment at every restaurant we have used this item. It is AMAZING! It is so easy to use and clean, helps keep the baby from touching everything on the table or contacting any of the germ covered surfaces of the chair/table. It keeps most of the food from falling on the floor and makes the server much happier as well.
