myGVcloud WiFi Wireless HD IP Security Camera with 5GB Life-time Cloud Video Storage and 8GB MicroSD Card (GeoVision GV-HCW120-5G)

So far, this camera has exceeded my expectations. Including the LIFETIME data plan they give you when purchasing this camera, you really can't beat the price. However, the reason for me giving this camera a four star review is because of the app. The app has many bugs that need to be assessed. The problems that I have found so far are with the notifications. When you get notified of motion that the camera picks up, and go to click on the notification so that it will open the app, it crashes. Also, only the iOS app is able to speak through the camera. Android doesn't get to speak through it. Also, I would like for there to be an easier way to enable and disable mobile notifications without opening the app, but that may be asking for too much. The ethernet cable that it comes with is way too short and you really can't put it high unless you buy another one. Nonetheless, the quality of the video when streaming and even when reviewing videos is great. Easy set up and easy to navigate the app and the website. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I am satisfied with the video quality! Mac safari requires plug-in to be disabled but everything else works great! Wifi can be setup using WPS. I am not tech savvy and it only took me about 15 minutes to setup. I have been using it for recording for the last several weeks and it never got disconnected! Very reliable streaming.

Pros - 5gb, free cloud and has ethernet connection.Cons - Tech support offshore and we all know how that goes! - I am tech savy, have had many cameras and never needed help. This one I needed tech support which did not work out, never did get it set up. - Privacy concerns, company website has not contact info at all, no address, no phone, no info about the company, can only contact by email and don't we all enjoy that when needing tech help. This lack of info is concerning to me also as this company will have access to the footage. Too many issues and concerns - I sent it back and will only buy US based tech support from now on. I am really perplexed as how this product got even one good review.

I love this camera! Does everything you would expect it records viedo and audio to the cloud. Subscription plan comes with the package. Just to be aware that the software on the CD doesn't really help. You will need o download the utility from their website to get it connected/ I am waiting for the 1080P model they are release soon

Setup is a no–brainer. Works as advertised. Cloud storage is included so it saves us an extra setup to subscribe.

100% satisfied with this camera. I use it to see my dog when I am at work. View angle is wide and picture is clear. Software is easy to navigate.

nice product, saving video clip is easy on the website.It comes with a SD card so my recording is not lost when my internet got disconnected. overall i am happy with the product.!Great camera!
