I installed the Toner Cartridge (280XXL) in my Canon Pixma printer and the print quality was terrible. I tried several times to print the same thing and the print quality got worse and worse. So, I went to our local Staples Store and purchased a Canon Toner Cartridge and installed it. The print quality was perfect. The cartridges I purchased from you were inferior quality. I removed them immediately. I would like a refund for the purchase price please.Gail Platt

Printer accepted the cartridge, no problem, good deal

I had hoped that perhaps these replacement ink cartridges would be a way to avoid paying the outrageous price that Canon charges....pretty much should have paid the price Canon charges: the two I used so far or replace the totally empty cartridges in my printer leaked upon opening (not a good sign!); now the printer is printing the palest gray that could possibly be seen on white paper. Guess I need to reconcile myself to cheap printer means ridiculous maintenance costs: that seems to be Canon’s business model.

Put them in my printer. Printer said "Thanks for using authentic Canon ink". What else needs be said???

The ink cartridges are not printing black ink thoroughly. It's streaky on the page. Even when I try to print it in color, the paper is streaky- half the page prints fine in section and half the page's sections you can't read. I will not be buying this again.

They are what they said they would be. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because it didn’t come with the purple cartridge (which I think is really photo blue).

The packaging was perfect. It came in a thin box and each color was individually packaged. The containers felt just like the name brand. We will see how long it lasts.
