Easy to take, but honestly don't know of weight Loss. I exercise, watch diet anyways but feel it's good to take.

I do not care for the taste or the consistency. And so far I’m not getting the same effects as my normal brand. This was sent as a suggested backup item in my subscription when my normal item was not available. Not happy with it and disappointed that I cannot return it. If Amazon suggests a back up, I think they should stand by it and allow the consumer to return it if not satisfied. I would’ve rather just skip the item this month.

This product does absolutely nothing for weight loss but it does seem to be effective in supporting gut health

This product tastes awful but what do you expect, it’s Apple Cider Vinegar. I don’t think anything would make it taste good but honestly it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I suffer from severe constipation and a very very slow metabolism. I’ve only been taking these for a week and already my guts are getting cleaned out and not in a painful diarrhea way. It’s nice to know what a working metabolism feels like. Already , I have more energy and I haven’t felt this good in…….forever. I don’t know if it works well for weight loss but I could care less. I’m super happy with how they make me feel right now. I will definitely be ordering these again.

They taste good and did curb my appetite but I didn't lose weight even with exercise, but that could be just me

I’ve bought these a few times now and every time you take them as instructed they definetly work. Taste great too.

I took two gummies per day as advertised. However, about 5 days after starting, I suddenly woke up with a solid pain in my stomach. For the next two days I threw up consistently-maybe 8 to 10 times per day, couldn't sleep at night, even had to leave my job at 10:00AM because I couldn't stand anymore.It's a shame I didn't bother to READ about using these gummies, BEFORE ordering them!Since then, I found that my symptoms were actually very typical ones for a lot of other people.Not Amazon's fault folks, not even the company selling them as a third party. At some point I have to admit that the responsibility for the effects and the side effects on my stomach is all mine.The way this kind of gummy works is like is blocking your stomach, preventing the food to reach your intestines. Your stomach filled, you should get a signal about stopping eating. However, if you won't get the signal right, after a couple of days your stomach will start expelling the food the other way, making you throwing up repetitively. In the meantime, the passage to the intestines won't open right away, so please expect to also constipate for the next days! I am no doctor folks, I am just exposing my experience with the "Ancient Keto Sugar Free Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy" and the only reason I publish my comments is my hope to wake up some of other potential buyers to become aware of the potential consequences...Take care and thanks for reading,Chris

Totally ugh flavour and I eat with a stronger taste to knock out the flavour . Oh my what an experience . I remember trying to get fruit flies and this has same odour and the actual vinegar . I guess I’m very sensitive to it . I need to lose only 7 llbs approx but it’s helping my IBS if I use meta mucil low dose with it . If you have IBS be warned they will block you ( please excuse that ) it isn’t a gas maker or bloater for me but I’m giving it 6 months . It’s not like I’ve got lots to loose . I feel less bloated after food and yes (!) they do lessen your appetite . Overall ok but I’ll see if it’s a help to weight loss . I don’t think I’d recommend for much larger people with much to loose as you be doing this for years . A Dietician be better there and monitor you with respect .So yes jury is waiting for this one …… ok for nowUpdate: 3 weeks in from initial purchase it’s helping my feel more stronger in my middle . I wasn’t a huge eater anyway . The ingredients seem to help skin . Balance out with low dose of meta mucil ( for certain ) or All bran buds pref us almond milk or Soy .As for actual loss of around 6 llbs goal it’s come off slowly 1.5 llbs over that time . So far . I think this could be helpful in the first instance for larger or very much larger people . The loss needs to be gradual , to keep it off and retrain your eating habits . A treat is a treat and not part of a daily diet . We go by our cats eating . They might have a couple treats in a week .
