Very comfy to use
I had neck surgery and my doctor gave me this product to use to build up strength in my arms and hands. I also have tennis elbow so this will be used for a variety of issues.

Better than $1,000 of Physical Therapy
I have tendonitis in my right arm (tennis elbow) from a particularly stressful time working at the computer. Went to a physical therapist for 2 months for over a thousand dollars with no real effect only to be told at the end that I may just want to use my computer mouse with my left hand. Bought this a couple months later and within a couple weeks of using it 10 min a day while I'm watching TV, it has dramatically improved my elbow. It won't fix it completely (maybe if I was more consistent about using it) but the pain is maybe 70% duller, which is good enough for me to be able to sleep. In terms of price for performance this is a no-brainer if you have tendonitis.

A miracle cure
If it wasn't for this product I probably would have stopped weight lifting. I went too high on biceps and developed tennis elbow. It was debilitating and could barely lift. The doctor told me not to do certain things and/or not to weight lift anymore. As if that's an option I would accept. Found this when googling tennis elbow. I don't use this as often as I should, instead I do it in-between sets when working upper body at the gym. That's only once or twice a week. Just doing this has allowed me to continue working out, in fact my weights other than bicep are at an all time high. I'm sure if I used this every day like you're suppose to it might cure my issue.I still have pain, but not constant, when I do certain movements like resting my hand on my mouse lol. I've also dropped the amount of weight I use when working biceps. I am 5'2" and although strong for my little size, I use the red bar. I purchased the green bar but it was too much resistance for me and seemed to make it worse. I would imagine if you're a fit guy or super strong gal you might want the green one, or start with red then move on to green. FWIW Several people at the gym asked me what this was, and it turned out they had the same problem and they purchased it. One guy called me his hero! He uses it daily and says it's made a huge difference for him in one week!

Works really well
Was recommended by the person I get acupuncture with. Works well - few times every day has made a difference. Using the red one. Easy to use.

Using it for my shoulder
I’ve been having some trouble with my shoulder so my PT recommended some exercises with this. I bought it and have been doing those exercises and my shoulder pops less now. I hold one side and make it jiggle back and forth and then side to side then round in a circle counterclockwise and then clockwise for about 30 seconds with each exercise with both arms. Easy to use, good resistance, size is good because I have little hands and the material is easy to grip. I’ll keep using it, ask your PT about it if you’re having shoulder issues.

Love these
These bars are great. I have some on and off shoulder, wrist and hand pain and I have had a couple bouts of tennis elbow in the past. I'm getting old, but I refuse to accept the aches and pains that come with it. I use these nearly every night while watching tv. I'm an average sized guy and I started with the green. It was good and I continue to use it, but I went ahead and got the red. I use both. If I feel a little shaky with certain exercises, I'll use the red. Also the green might get a little intense if I am trying to make it through an hour show. I can work with the red for long periods. Great stress relief as well while watching the news. There are tons of exercises online. I tend to just make stuff up. I do a lot of mechanical work and I try to come with exercises that simulate work. I am often twisting these bars at arms length or over my head or behind my back. My 'made up' exercises end up comparing to published exercises. If you are treating a specific problem, follow professional advice. If you just want to strengthen forgotten muscles, use your common sense figure out what you need to do. These bars have helped me avoid pain and gave me more strength and flexibility from my shoulders down to my fingers for working with wrenches and other twist tools in tight areas.
