Nice heavy, dense loaves. Halfway decent flavor. Kinda dry even for a rye. Biggest complaint is that it turned moldy way faster then it should have but this is the chance you take buying mail order bread I guess.

No Rye taste at all
I don’t recommend this bread.Does not look like Rye and it don’t taste like it. The bread took a week to arrive so it isn’t fresh either. At best it will make a good piece of toast.Will not bye again.

A bit too dense
I prefer ny rye bread to nit be so dense. It does taste good, the slices are huge great for toast and deli style sandwiches

Makes great sandwiches. Thin sliced which we love. Smooth rye taste seems to be value for the money

Best Rye Bread Available, at a Good Price
Rye bread is scarce here in Hawaii, and I was glad to find this brand at Amazon. While most loaves were about $10.00 each at Amazon, I was able to get 4 times the amount for under 30 dollars with this brand. I was able to share with a friend. Plus it is delicious! large loaves, large slices, great for the best sandwiches. Bravo!
