This is a really great knife! It is lightweight, yet firm. It is very sharp and neatly cuts through everything I have used it for. Comfortable to hold (I have tendonitis in my right wrist), cleans quickly and easily. I really love it!I received a free knife in exchange for an honest review. icky handle

Dangerous corner! I stuffed it in the blade cover thwe wrong way and really sliced my thumb! The corner should come rounded. Even chopping, my hand slides up the handle closer to it. I actually attached 2 bandaids to that part to about another painful cut!The blade has this watercolor stain on both sides, kind of what a bubble looks like in the sun. I wish it didn't. The marks don't wash off.Love the presentation though of the sleek box and black blade and handle.Impressive with soft vegetables like (zucchini) but needed lots of force with sweet potatoes.Gotta find another knife for hard veggies :(

I received this knife as a Christmas gift and love it! It is sharp and even cuts tomatoes without any problems.
