PillsburyBlueberry Flavored Muffin Mix, 7-Ounce (Pack of 12)

These baked up quick and easily in my toaster oven. They were yummy!

I love this Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Swirl Quick Bread & Coffee Cake Mix. It has great flavor and lots of chocolate chips. I sometimes add extra chips and some sort of extract (pure almond extract or pure mint). Everyone believes it's homemade.

Haven't been able to find singles of these or the pecan swirl in our stores for past couple of years. I use them at Christmas time, 1 box makes 3 mimi loafs. People love them!

We can no longer find this bread mix in stores but fortunately found a case here. Expires in a year so we can have one a month.

Absolutely incredible tasting bread!!! I do double the amount of oil in the recipe and it makes the bread SO moist!! After it comes out of the oven, I rub the top with real butter and then sprinkle confectionery sugar over that. I seal the top with foil to keep it hot and to let the butter and sugar melt into the bread. When it cools...serve it up!!!

I am glad to be able to get this product again, as it is one of the best apple cinnamon muffin mixes. These are small packages that make about 6 muffins. You just add milk, and they come out moist and tasty. I am happy to recommend this product for anyone who likes apple flavor and convenience.

Takes two boxes but have used this as my birthday cake, Christmas and New Years brunch cake, and any other special mornings treat for almost 30 years. Hope they tell me when I won’t be able to get it again!
