BOGAVIA Body Butter, 8 OZ

Expensive but goes a long way and really makes a difference. I found it because I was looking for a lotion that didn't have salt or alcohol. Something that is hard to do.I just stopped using two different brands that seemed to be drying my hands out.Bogavia really exceeded my expectations.

My husband bought this for me, in 2019 i had chemo and radiation😇 my skin was so dry and very sensitive,, this cream helped😇🥰

Excellent product, pleasing scent, not excessively oily, item arrived as promised.

This is a very light weight and delicate moisturizer. It feels really wonderful on your skin, it doesn't leave a heavy film but still does an excellent job of keeping your skin soft. I had no break outs or rashes from use. It is very thin when you put it in your hands, so be careful when squeezing the tube, it is easy to get to much. My biggest issue was the scent. It wasn't bad just oddly sweet but not necessarily like vanilla. It wasn't bad but it wasn't fantastic either. I just didn't care for it. It did fade and did not bother me once it was applied it was just actually dealing with it while working with the lotion. Otherwise overall good product.

I LOVE the scent! Beauty product smells usually annoy me. I always go for unscented products but I thought I'd try this one for a change. It smells like a Creamcicle, but isn't strong at all. It's a light citrusy vanilla scent that I can only really smell if I bring my hands close to my face. "Valencia vanilla" is definitely an appropriate name for the fragrance. I love it!I'm not sure what's happening when I put it on, but this is the kind of lotion that causes little balls to form on my skin as I rub it in. By "balls" I mean what you see in the photo. I've never had this happen on my hands before, but it's something that happens if, say, my bath towel has a lot of lint on it from washing it with a fuzzy blanket and I put on lotion after using it to dry off. That's probably not the best description, but it's all I can come up with. I don't know if it's something in the lotion or if it's possibly dead skin cells from my dried, cracked hands.This lotion is not super great at moisturizing, but is not very greasy, which is a plus. Overall, this is a nice, light lotion with an amazing yet subtle scent.

Never disappointed

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. When I squeezed the first dollop into my hand I immediately thought I was going to hate it as it looks very, very, thick which I equate with greasy, and I can't stand that greasy feeling. But as soon as I put it on my skin it soaked in very fast and left no greasy feeling. I was quite surprised.It feels great, very moisturizing. Smells great to me, very light scent and very unique. Not so common or overpowering that everyone will know you just put on lotion.If you use too much, you do end up having to rub a lot to get those white streaks off, so I've learned not to overdo it.I really enjoy that it's vegan. I've gotten to the point that rubbing dead animal parts onto my skin does not sit well.To me, a "butter" is a semi-hard moisturizer/lotion in a tub that you can dig your fingernails into if you want. This is not like that. This is a thick lotion imho, thicker than a typical lotion but not as hard as a butter.I've been using this on feet/legs and arms/hands prior to bed and it has not left stains or greasy spots on my sheets either.I'm sold, really love it.
