It's ok
I really was expecting to love this but I don't. I am more uncomfortable using this then I was before. However, I gave it to my mother and she likes it ok.

Relief for pressure sore while recovering from hip replacment and hip dislocation
I purchased the Cool Gel Coccyx Gel enhanced cushion for my mother who had hip replacement and a subsequent hip dislocation. The extended amount of time spent sitting while rehabing her hip caused her great discomfort at the base of her spine. This cushion immediately provided relief to the pressure on her tailbone. Her leg is immobilized at this time and shifting her weight to stay off her tailbone is difficult. This cushion makes sitting in a reasonable position much more comfortable. It is exactly what she needed for a very reasonable price and offered immediate relief.
