I bought these for my family members in Germany and bought five of them. They loved them because they were from me but I really was trying to get in contact with the person who made them to find out how they turned out and to see if they got the instructions, correct, and no matter what I did, I could not get an answer from the person who engraved them. That was maddening. Amazon said they were still in route, but they had been delivered to the wrong place in Germany. It was all quite a FUBAR.
