OTC 7121 Pencil-Type Fuel Injector Nozzle Puller for Case, Cat, GM, John Deere, Waukesha, and White

I feel it is a must have tool for this type of injector, it is well made, one "improvement" I made was use a jam nut to lock the puller to the slide hammer,as stated if the injectors have been in the engine for a time, a longer slide rod is needed, (my OTC, hub puller fit very nice, but the current length is such it doe not get in the way of some of the line and wires that cross above the engine in that location (4020 tractor), but on the one injector I did need the longer slide, would have given it 5 stars if they would have provide a longer slide rod with it, and came with a jam nut, to lock the puller head to the adapter.seems to be tough tool, It also works to tap the injectors down in the head,I am happy with the tool,

Worked well for it''s intended purpose. Tried to manually remove injector without this tool and could not do it. This made it quick and easy.

Worked good with small modification. Shoe to thick to fit slots in injector. But made of quality material, worked good in close quarters.

Had to make a longer slide for hammer to remove old injectors from 1970 john deere 540 log skidder. They were stuck so bad that 2 of them sheared but placed the tool under injector for second round of pounding before they came out and tool is still like new. Glad I bought this. Saved me a lot in the long run for sure.

Looks to be good quality just wouldn't work on the injectors I was pulling

Worked good but slide hammer could be littel heavier with not so much nerling It wore the skin off my hand beating that thing

This puller worked great but I had to use a longer slide from my auto body puller. I couldn't have removed the old injectors without this tool.

I recommend OTC 7117 instead, it's only $20 more.I had to use a Vise-Grip slide hammer with this product's jaws and it's slide-weight. That's two tools together, and wasn't impressed with the Vise-Grip slide hammer either. The length of OTC slide hammer is too short, and couldn't remove any pencil injectors. If you can get them out with this, you didn't need this tool. So, I was in the field in almost triple digit heat, had my new fancy slide puller and had to hybrid it with another tool. The slide hammer would need to be 12-18" long to build any momentum to be productive. I'm returning this model in it's current condition in exchange for the OTC 7117.

Made pulling the pencil injectors out from my case tractor much easier. Am able to use the puller with a larger slide hammer for hard to remove injectors. Worked great, glad I purchased this puller.
