Just WHAT is this garbage??! First off they smell horrible like hot dogs or a sweaty guy at the gym. They dont even work. When I took them I got extreme fatigue and headaches with no results. Please dont be fooled just stuck to diet and exercise!

Its been about a week ive seen slight muscle growth.not sure if its from rhe product or just natural because I just started lifting.

I had started using this product since June and it has helped me immensely with building muscle and keeping my energy levels up throughout the day and when I work out. I have noticed a difference in my physique and look forward to continuing taking them.

I give it a 4 star because I'm only a week in. Throughout my first week, I can say my strength increases a little bit but not to the max of the way the product described things. I will keep on using it for another two weeks and see where I'm at. It is definitely not a lost fat product only for strength.
