Makes the best Caesar Salad

This is tasty, better than one of the main brands that come in the plastic tub. There's also more longer/wider shredded pieces. Of course there's a bunch of small pieces at the bottom so I always shake the bag up so it's even. Don't forget to squeeze some fresh lemon on your Caesar salad, it truly brings everything together.

Tasty but use fast

Love the taste of this cheese and the cut but after a few days ours molded. Luckily it was during the day I noticed mold at the bottom of the bag, I might not have seen that in my midnight quests for cheese. Stay vigilant cheese friends.

Makes food taste better!

I made a quick lasagna & thank this cheese for the good reviews. Quality ingredients are more important than the time it takes to make it. My family has a recipe that takes longer but because of this cheese I think my quicker, easy lasagna outscores it. Also the Made in Italy organic Lasagna noodles by 365 brand added to the the stellar outcome. What to do when you make two trays and it’s so good you don’t get to freeze the second one but eat it next day? These quality ingredients make the difference!
