We've been very happy with this kitty litter. We switched to this brand a few months ago. I wanted to wait before leaving this review. I'm the one that scoops the boxes clean each evening. We have 3 cats and 2 large boxes. I keep the area very clean. Have rubber mats as they step out of the boxes. The other big brand we used for years produced too much dust. That was my reason for switching to this one. It isn't dust free BUT it's a lot less dust. There is never any odor. I also love the pour container. The other stuff we used came in heavy cardboard boxes with a little plastic handle on top. Too heavy for me. These containers are good. We have three girls, all fixed. I also believe that makes a difference in kitty litter boxes. I've had boys before and they might spray at times and sometimes the urine smells. I have not any problems with my girls. The most important thing is to CLEAN your litter boxes every single day. Don't wait or skip a day! What if that were your toilet? How would you like it? lol yuk! I also once a week use Lysol wipes from Amazon to wipe the inside of the walls of the litter boxes to make sure they are clean and sanitary. One wipe per box works fine. I use lemon scent. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and for years I was using a product that is not sold in stores and comes delivered, weighing only 4 pounds. I used this for years, but their prices recently went up and they weren’t cheap to begin with. I recently had a billing issue that was not resolved to my satisfaction, so I decided to just look for something else, and I’m very glad that I found this one! Yes, it’s a 15-pound jug, but it comes right to my door and I am able to bring it into the condo and then into the laundry room, where I dump quite a bit of the jug in to start for the month, then just pour and replace as I go. I feel that this product is excellent at odor control; my home does not smell like I have a cat or kitty litter in it, and while I would even be okay with a little bit of odor just in the laundry room where the litter box is kept, there is none! This product is also great at preventing tracking; despite having mats in front of the litter box, I always had a problem with other brands of litter creating dust and litter particles all over my laundry room and hallway. But since trying this litter, there is none! I mean NONE! I’m not sure how that’s possible, but I’m just grateful that it’s true. It clumps beautifully — everything holds together well, but it doesn’t turn into freaking cement, which was the problem with another brand that I tried in between my old brand and this one. (Again, with fibromyalgia and arthritis, I could barely scoop out the other product’s cement clumps!) My cat has feline herpes and allergies, and I also have allergies, which is why I got the scent-free version, and my cat has no issues like that with this litter, nor do I. I feel better knowing that we are not breathing in a bunch of toxic chemicals. Excellent value for the money, too! If you’re looking for an all-around good kitty litter, you need to try this!

UPDATED FEB 2026 LITTER HAS CHANGED!!! The last three jugs of litter are different, every single one. There is a mix up. It is not the same. This current jug is not clumping and messy as heck. The one before that was very thick and heavy dark big granules. I am disappointed. I really loved this litter. I have had cats in our home for over 20 years. I have tried many litters, well over 10. This is the best litter I have ever used. It does not stick to cats paws, there is very minimal tracking and it is low dust. I appreciate how it controls odors. I hardly ever smell the litter box anymore and I have two cats. Really glad I found this product. It is fragrance free and there is no scent.

Ive never had litter stick to the bottom of the litter box before and some pieces clump nicely some dont. I dont know i dont think i would buy it again.

It can definitely mask the smell of cat pee for 10 days as stated but not poop. I find that I need to remove it immediately or the whole room starts to stink. On one or two occasions where my cat buried her poop to the very bottom, I don’t notice the smell. But in the three months that I used this litter, this only happened twice so I usually have to remove her poop immediately. It also clumps really well. But after 10 days I need to remove tiny pee clumps from the litter or it starts to really smell. Definitely no dust as stated although 1 container out of 3 had a minimal amount in it. This litter also tends to get stuck in my cat’s paws and tracks everywhere she goes. I like this litter overall but it is not the best for sure. I’ve used other litter in the past that masked her poop and pee really well without tiny clumps being formed for 30 days. Sometimes even 60. Will update my review after I try other litter brands.

Might be ok for regular litter box, but in litter robot it’s gluey, clumps break up and it tends to smell.
